Very nice hotel in a sweet Thai neighborhood outside of the touristy track in Ayutaya. Everything is then 2 to 3 times cheaper. You need to rent a motorbike close to the train station, for 200B a day, and then you're ready to explore the ancient capital. Hotel is close to Talat Grand Soi, where the real party happens at night in Ayutaya. Staff when I was there was absolutely lovely, as usual in Thailand 😊

My friend and I had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and comes with required facillities. We also had to do some work away from offices- the provided internet is of good speed, and so we had no problem at all working from there

Si vous cherchez un logement à Ayutthaya, c'est celui-ci qu'il vous faut! Tout était parfait, le logement est très propre, les lits très confortables, la douche marche parfaitement et de plus les propriétaires sont super gentils! Le logement est très bien situé à proximité des anciens temples à visiter absolument! Bref aucun regret d'avoir sejourné ici, et vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés!

Our stay at Ranee’s place was great, the place was well equipped and everything worked as it should. The property has such a beautiful natural area with water falls, fish, rabbit home etc. Was a very peaceful area. The only issue was at nighttime there was loud music playing coming from local bars but it luckily it wasn’t too loud to ruin one’s sleep. Ranee was a very nice and caring host, in the future I would stay again. Thanks for everything!

There is no elevator, the place is clean but the bathroom is clogged and it's not very fresh, internet is fast, there are plenty of food and shops close by, overall a good stay.

stayed here for 2 nights. the location is a little bit away from the more touristy places but still easily accessible with about 10-15 min bicycle ride. the space was peaceful. even though we never met Blizzy in person she was super responsive, very easy to communicate with clear instructions. the check in was very smooth. rooms are cozy. some small local restaurants across the bridge and couple of 7-elevens all within 5-10 min walk. we rented bicycles from Blizzy. recommend seeing Ayutthaya with either bicycles or scooters. the location is peaceful which we enjoyed but should be considered if you want more action in the neighborhood. recommend the place, would definitely stay there again

Bra ställe rent och snyggt. Nära till 7/11. Vi kom redan kl 09 och kunde checka in direkt utan kostnad. använde appen Bolt för att ta oss runt i Ayutthaya. Var lite svagt tryck i duschen men gick ändå tog bara lite längre tid duscha och tvätta håret. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen.

Victor is a very good owner. He can respond us in a minute, no any concern from customer with his responsibility. We have 5 people stay there for one night. The room has 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed, so 5 people are enough for staying there. Hopefully, we will com back to this service again.

Highly recommended 10/10, great place to wind down. Our stay was near Christmas, and whether or not it was intended. The room furnitures were well decorated with the Christmas Spirit. Every staff member was helpful and polite. About 15 minutes to get to the main road where great restaurants are; not bad at all. Room was very clean with a well equipped kitchen that allows for a full meal that feeds 4 peoples easily. Only issue was the wifi was not working and we couldn’t really contact the host throughout the entire stay. However aside from that, everything was perfect and we had a very great time.

I think this is one of the best accommodations in Ayutthaya. It's definitely worth the price considering the spacious room and great facilities. The host was also very helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊

Good and quiet place

Place was amazing. Secure and well presented. Host is wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere private and modern with all the amenities you could need, including essentials that were not listed and a personal washing machine which was not shown in photos, look no further. A little outside the centre but Grab is so cheap and there is plenty of space to park if you have your own vehicle. Highly recommend this place! Would not hesitate to stay again.
