nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi, a private kitchen, and a bath and toilet, so I hope you can use it for long-term stays, workcations, etc. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

Conveniently located 2 minutes from the subway and 5 minutes on foot from Susukino in the downtown area. It can accommodate up to 6 people. * The view from the high floor is amazing, the sunset over the mountains, the wind turbines of Ishikari Shinko that can be seen in the distance, and the view of the sea in the distance are all very nice. * The direct bus stop from Chitose Airport is also a 2-minute walk away. * Walking in Nakajima Park is also recommended. * There are also many convenience stores. * There is also cooking utensils, so it can be used for long-term stays and workcations. * There are many coin parking lots around. Nakajima Park is also recommended for jogging. (There is a Japanese garden, a pond where you can play with boats, and the Kitara concert hall) If you like sake, you can also visit the Chichijo Museum of Sake Brewing while you're at Nijo Market. A small town located between Sapporo and Otaru, enclosed by mountains and the sea HZ HOUSE is located 20 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako station, along the scenic coast. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Recommended for those who enjoy driving Next to HZHOUSE is MUSIC & BAR Zenraku, run by the host. (Open Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to midnight)

Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life!
