Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sappada

La casa di Pietro è perfettamente organizzata. Abbiamo trascorso il soggiorno con i nostri quattro bambini, la babysitter e i nonni, e ognuno di noi aveva la propria stanza e il bagno privato. Una meravigliosa terrazza si affaccia su Cortina, offrendo una vista incantevole. Gli interni della casa sono moderni, ma sono arricchiti da tocchi tipicamente montanari che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Non posso che confermare: ci tornerei sicuramente!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Eén van de badkamers is recent gerenoveerd, op de foto’s is nog een oude badkamer met bad te zien maar dit is nu een hele mooie nieuwe badkamer. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Vilma hat uns persönlich bei ihrer Unterkunft empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist quasi ein Zubau an ihr eigenes Haus. Davon merkt man aber eigentlich nichts. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen eigenen Zugang ein eigens Stiegenhaus usw. Sie hat uns alle selbst gezeigt und war wirklich sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war auch wirklich super. Stolvizza selbst eignet sich auch gut, um dort Wanderungen zu starten, da es von vielen Bergen umgeben ist. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht, da wir auch Durchreise waren. Unser Aufenthalt bei Vilma war aber trotzdem ein tolles Erlebnis. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

wir waren für ein langes Wochenende zum Wandern bei Claudia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben gleich Empfehlungen zum Wandern bekommen, die wir auch umgesetzt haben - es war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, groß und mit einem schönen Garten. wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder:)

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

Typický alpský dom v horskej dedinke presne podľa popisu. Dom je krásne zrekonštruovaný, so zachovaním pôvodných kamenných častí, kde miestami bolo chladno, ale sporáky to vyriešili (hlavne na prízemí to bolo večer veľmi romantické :)). Dedinka je ideálna na prechádzky (a trailový beh) a veľmi odporúčame lyžovačku na neďalekom Zoncolane, ako aj vonkajšie hodinové múzuem v Pesariis. Komunikácia s Robertom bola rýchla a nápomocká, ďakujem mu za perfektnú dovolenku.

Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. Incredible value and location. Alexandra was extremely helpful, responsive, and very flexible with my check when my flight was delayed by more than two hours. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities necessary to cook for yourself. The surroundings are incredible and there are many hikes nearby. This Airbnb puts most others to shame in terms of price and quality. Would absolutely recommend.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit! Alles entsprach den Beschreibungen, das Frühstück war zeitlich flexibel und vollkommen ausreichend und die Gegend ist wunderschön! Lorena ist wirklich ein herzensguter Mensch und hat tolle Empfehlungen anzubieten und war immer hilfsbereit! Die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich etwas schwieriger, aber dafür übernachtet man an einem besonderen Ort! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

Tout a été parfait. Les hôtes Jody et Vincenzo étaient toujours à notre écoute si on en avait besoin. La maison était très spacieuse , très propre et très bien aménagée. Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le jardin bien entretenu avec ses magnifiques plantations était notre havre de paix, un vrai paradis. La piscine très grande était nettoyée tous les jours. Une adresse à vraiment recommander.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Blitzblank, gut in Schuss, zwei Balkone, die durch alle drei Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer & 1 Wohnzimmer) zugänglich sind. Der Meerblick ist ein Traum. Geschlafen haben wir auch gut. Kommen gerne wieder - das nächste Mal inkl. Gelsenschutz (den haben wir nicht bedacht, ist aber notwendig am Abend in ganz Sabbiadoro wenn man keine Dippel haben will).

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de très bon standing, à proximité des commerces et de très belles randonnées. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Gros plus pour l'accueil et les recommandations au top de Claudine.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es gibt eine wunderschöne, große Rasenfläche. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es extrem heiß und der ausreichend große Pool machte dies erträglich. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und die Besitzer haben uns Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Leider war es so heiß, dass wir vieles davon nicht machen konnten. Einzig das Internet war sehr instabil. Für die Eltern weniger ein Problem als für die Kinder ....

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Im Zentrum von Brixen gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt und hatte auch nicht unnötig viel Kram rumstehen. Ebenfalls sehr toll war die Kommunikation mit Francesca. Sie hat uns vom Parkplatz abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt und hat immer schnell geantwortet.
