We love the accommodation , we will definitely return ...it was very nice!

A very well equipped and well decorated apartment, at time of stay it looked like brand new! A friendly host and close to São Lourenço historic train station. The apartment is a little bit hidden and within a less developed area, but generally safe. The main issue we had was barking dogs and roosters through the night/ early morning, and thin walls of neighbours are loud. But overall, no major issues! A hard bed if that matters for anyone.

I really liked the apartment, I wish I had taken more advantage of the structure because I was focused on the event I was attending and I didn't even enjoy the pool, sauna or even the gym, but I hope to return.

It is a great option in São Lourenço, this was the second time I stayed at Rosa's apartment, I hope to return next year for sure. Super indicated, either for the cleanliness and organization of the apartment, or by the location. Exceptional hosting!

The property is much more spacious than expected due to the photos in the advertisement. The doorman was very attentive and friendly, assisting with check-in and check-out. The hostess responded promptly to messages. The garage is easy to maneuver for vehicles. The apartment was clean, with bed linen and towels available, as well as an iron, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker and others. The internet signal was very good. The property is about a 10-minute walk from the center, a quiet area for walking, with a supermarket and bakery nearby. Great value for the money. It has a view of the city, and you can see the balloons from the balcony. I went in a cold period and inside the apartment the temperature is very pleasant. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is very well located, close to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, and mainly to the Parque de São Lourenço and the local commerce. The accommodations are comfortable, kitchen structured , and the very safe concierge with spacious garage. Thanks Daniela for the reception. My family and I felt at home.

Days of Peace and coziness. We felt at home. Maria and the husband are extremely kind and helpful people. The accommodation brings us to the feeling of being home and at the same time on a farm. Bird sounds upon waking up and many beautiful places to visit. I recommend the stay. We will return whenever we have the opportunity.

The place is beautiful! The house looked like a doll's house, I found a well-equipped kitchen with everything I needed. For those who are more demanding, I suggest bringing your pillows and bedding from home, but there are all the basics. I used the ones they made available in the house without any problems. You have to like the countryside, because the place is inside a coffee farm. Me and my family love it! The host, Denise, is a sweetheart and always attentive to our requests. The local administrator, Antônio, is also wonderful, and gave us a lesson on the coffee process until it reaches our table. I bought a package of their coffee, which is 100% high-scoring Arabica. Oh, it's worth mentioning the intense cold in winter, the perfect climate to enjoy the farm's coffee, a good wine and the region's cheeses, but bring coats and warm clothes.

We felt at home, a very spacious, quiet and comfortable place, with all the necessary utensils. Rafael was very solicitous and kind to us. The house is very well structured and a 10-minute drive from the center of São Lourenço, close to Unique Cafés, a very good topical restaurant and a wholesaler. My family loved it, I highly recommend it!

I thought the accommodation was great and special to Maria who is so friendly and polite. There is a place to stop the car, very quiet street and the city is beautiful. For those who do not have a car, they will need to walk a lot to the center, as the street is on a hill, with residential houses and very quiet to get there. But it's worth too much for people who have a car or don't bother to pick up Uber, as it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Inclusive São Lourenço is a charming city with a lot of commerce and urban and rural areas to explore. It has great infrastructure, with security, fair prices of services and options for tours for everyone. I and my wife will return for sure and nominate Maria for everyone.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable, wide and spacious. The place is quiet, the house, linen and towels well cleaned. It is very close to the Centre by car. You can see the balloons coming out for flight from the house view. It's worth the stay! We were in five people and it was super comfortable to stay in the house, with space and privacy for everyone.

The apartment of Mr. Nelson draws attention from the whim. Whether in the decoration, or in the cleaning, in the presence of all the utensils you may need, everything flawless and of great taste, demonstrating special care for the guest. We already knew the condominium, which is great, with an excellent pool, sauna, very sympathetic and available porters. It is located right in the city center, which allows us to do everything on foot. There are simple restaurants and snack bars nearby, as well as açaí shops and ice creams. For dinner, we love the Gula Restaurant, which has delicious food. Lambari is a small, simple and welcoming town, perfect for rest days. We'll be back for sure to stay at Mr. Nelson's place.

The apartment matches the description, the building is wonderful, old, well maintained, very beautiful. There is a co-working space that was not mentioned but it is great, with internet and coffee! The doormen are very nice people, good people, mostly elderly residents, also very friendly.

It was all very good and within what we expected. All close by, staff of the building very polite and attentive. All well cared for.

The apartment is great! It has all the necessary utensils, which makes us feel at home. It has a privileged view of the park, we woke up every day early and enjoyed the flock of birds. The building is quiet, with polite and kind doormen. Communication with the host and co-host was always quick. Bed and bath linens were very clean. Enough blankets to withstand the cold. Anyway, the stay was perfect, my family loved it. When we return to São Lourenço, we intend to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for the welcome!
