The home is big and airy. I didn't feel a lack of air conditioning. A balcony with an airy barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home. From the p to walk to the park and to the shopping center. Nivia is a love and super helpful. I recommend it.

The house is excellent, extremely cozy, the view of the horizon through the windows of the facade is very beautiful. The outdoor area is very complete, with all the necessary support for food, whatever it may be. It has a very nice grassy area and close to the pool, which in turn has a very nice waterfall. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house has a swimming pool, barbecue area and airy rooms. Clean and welcoming environment with a special little corner for coffee! The bed and bath linens are impeccable! She provided us with excellent bedspreads in terms of quantity and quality to withstand the cold of São Lourenço. We felt at home, a very spacious, quiet and comfortable place, with all the necessary utensils. Rafael was very solicitous and kind to us. The house is very well structured and a 10-minute drive from the center of São Lourenço, close to Unique Cafés, a very good topical restaurant and a wholesaler. My family loved it, I highly recommend it!
