Very well located apartment, 3 minutes walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The area looks very touristy and quiet, if your idea is to be in Fortaleza for a few days it is a very good option to consider. One aspect to highlight is that you have to pay the electricity bill in cash, which, although it is not much, you may not have at that time since they do not accept card payments. If you come from outside, always have some change in your wallet for these things. Congratulations to Leo for making us enjoy this experience.

An amazing week! I am from Fortaleza, but I have lived in Sao Paulo for years and every time I came here to visit, I was in the family home. Sincerely, it was much more enjoyable to stay in this loft, super cozy and great for small family or two people. The access to the beach very easy, foot in the sand. The super agile host in the help.

I had a great stay at Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to know when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, I recommend it to others and I hope to come back soon!

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

Beautiful house facing the sea. We had a good time as a family.

The house is very good, a forest in the middle of the hill, amazing, very quiet and quiet, who seeks peace in simplicity is the right place, you can even take a late afternoon walk with an amazing sunset. For surfers, it's close to a peak that can be reached on foot. Mikail is also a great host, was proactive to pass along the checkin-in information and always very helpful to ask questions. The house has a sensational view and proximity to the sea, the sea is basically the backyard of the residence. Saiu through the garden door Are a few steps from the beach. The place is close to restaurants, markets, pharmacy. A lot of things you can do on foot or within a few minutes by car. About the house the biggest problem were some of the heavy rain drips that I already reported to Gian, besides the stay was comfortable and I recommend the place. Francisca is also fine people and provides support in an emergency. Gian recommends on-site tours and activities.

Even before the on-site arrival, the service was already excellent. The very organized team gave us clear guidelines and in a very receptive way. The place exceeded expectations, as beautiful as the pictures. The service was spectacular, we had no idea that we would have so many perks. Breakfast was served according to the times suggested by us, with a lot of whim and organization. The staff are very well oriented to cleanliness at the least inconvenient times for the guests and kept the house always smelling. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel! I hope one day return!

A very pleasant house, ideal for those looking for peace and tranquility, close to the beach, you can walk quietly, super quiet beach (if you want to enjoy the beach well, light umbrellas, beach chairs, water etc... because there is no tent nearby). The super attentive and always available Vanessa. We went to four adults and a doguinho and the house served us perfectly, a well equipped kitchen (I missed only a microwave), two suites and a social bathroom, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, a relief for the hot days of this period, but the balcony with nets is well ventilated in the afternoon, with visits from singing birds, butterflies and dragonflies, a charm! The very pleasant and relaxing pool. House of good energies! It was moments of peace and relaxation, just what we wanted.

Our stay was incredible. The house is very peaceful, has a beautiful seafront view and it’s great design makes you feel immediately welcome. Christoph is definitely one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered and made our stay very pleasant by being caring and attentive. The house is looked after a great couple that have assisted us tremendously with finding a variety of services we needed (taxi, cleaning, cooking, baby siting) to name a few. We totally recommend staying there and are looking forward to coming back in the near future!

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

The apartment was very cozy, we felt at home from the first minute. In addition, I would like to congratulate the host Marcus, who was always very attentive, responded super fast, and made check-in flexible. The condominium was one of the best I've ever stayed in 1000/10! Excellent! The entire condominium staff was very kind, all the employees! It's a place that makes you want to come back to live. We love everything!

Well located apartment.. large condominium.. on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found ourselves lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Cumbuco! The place is simply beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea. The apartment is sandy foot, super private, comfortable and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is excellent, perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nature with peace of mind. The only observation is that the beach in front has strong waves, which may not be ideal for children or those looking for a calmer sea, but for those who like to watch the sea or play sports like kitesurfing, it is a true paradise. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
