Beautiful house facing the sea. We had a good time as a family.

Very pleasant days, cozy apartment, I felt at home from the moment I arrived! A wonderful experience. I hope to return. The place is perfect for those who want to relax.

The house is very good, a forest in the middle of the hill, amazing, very quiet and quiet, who seeks peace in simplicity is the right place, you can even take a late afternoon walk with an amazing sunset. For surfers, it's close to a peak that can be reached on foot. Mikail is also a great host, was proactive to pass along the checkin-in information and always very helpful to ask questions. Dear fine people!

Even before the on-site arrival, the service was already excellent. The very organized team gave us clear guidelines and in a very receptive way. The place exceeded expectations, as beautiful as the pictures. The service was spectacular, we had no idea that we would have so many perks. Breakfast was served according to the times suggested by us, with a lot of whim and organization. The staff are very well oriented to cleanliness at the least inconvenient times for the guests and kept the house always smelling. Service worthy of a 5-star hotel! I hope one day return!

The stay was wonderful! The little house is beautiful, even more beautiful live. Super airy, sea view, ventilated, with lots of cute details, mega-equipped kitchen! Jacuzzi, coconut tree with coconuts, sand court...And Ann Celly was super helpful every step of the way, we were very well received! I recommend super!

The house exceeded expectations! Peaceful and cozy atmosphere. In addition to the sea view, a great differential of the house is the garden, very well cared for and flowery, which makes the environment even more pleasant and attractive. Our stay was incredible. The house is very peaceful, has a beautiful seafront view and it’s great design makes you feel immediately welcome. Christoph is definitely one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered and made our stay very pleasant by being caring and attentive. The house is looked after a great couple that have assisted us tremendously with finding a variety of services we needed (taxi, cleaning, cooking, baby siting) to name a few. We totally recommend staying there and are looking forward to coming back in the near future!

The house is a little hard to find for those who do not know, the GPS does not take in the exact place but leaves very close by asking the people inform, the place I found it beautiful, the house very comfortable, beautiful, although it is a little distant from the beach was worth it, super attentive hostess.

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

I had a great stay at Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to know when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, I recommend it to others and I hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. Cristina’s place is amazing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having a great time. We travelled with a small baby, and the place had a crib, a baby bath and a feeding chair for us to use. The location is great, with plenty of amenities around, and it’s in one of the best neighborhoods in Fortaleza. Definitely recommended!

Everything was great and we felt at home, the location is perfect to go to the main sights.

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

I really like the accommodation in the apartment I want to come back more often. Super indico for those looking to stay in Cumbuco . Hosts are super communicative and answer all our questions quickly. The place is beautiful and impeccable and great to enjoy and relax.
