A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay at Anne’s place in the most peaceful part of the Seixe valley, so much nature and beauty. Situated on Anne’s expansive land which has undergone an ambitious reforesting effort following a wild fire a few years ago. It’s incredible to see their efforts and the land being rejuvenated, life is everywhere. The space is beautifully designed, lots of space and sunshine, plus all the amenities you could need Anne is friendly and so generous with her time and suggestions of how to explore the area. We’d love to return

We stayed at Tobias' place for over a week and it met all our expectations of a stylish, elegant, well-equipped house with a magnificent terrace. The view of the sea while eating outside was fulfilling and beautiful every time. We were there with our two small children, who loved to explore the garden or run around the house. The neighboring SurfHostelw was also great, as we were able to book a yoga class there and were allowed to have a fish barbecue. Of course, the beach Praia Ingrina, 1 km away, was a highlight, as it is a sheltered bay and therefore ideal for small children. In addition, we were often just a few people on the beach. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely house, really well stocked with essentials like coffee, tea etc - a welcome bottle of wine , Cold cuts , chesse- 4 good size bedrooms, nice patio, pool and jacuzzi

We stayed for a week with our baby and had a wonderful time. It‘s a super peaceful, beautiful place - especially the surrounding grounds are magical. The house itself is simple but cozy and very charming, the terrace overlooking the property‘s nature is a wonderful place to hang out and chill, and we made good use of the BBQ and outside shower. At some point we had a power outage, but Ana dealt with it promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a retreat in nature.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Jacaranda, the week just evaporated leaving us wanting to stay longer. The setting is stunning with views across the hills all the way to the south coast and the garden is beautifully kept. The pool was a real bonus, although a little fresh in early April. But once acclimatised, it's lovely after a long day to soak up the view. The house itself is spotless, incredibly clean and well tended. Almost everything you could need is available with the kitchen being well provisioned. The location is good, being out of the usual tourist hotspots but still close enough to amenities and good for day trips. A particular favourite are the west coast beaches, well worth a visit especially Praia da Bordeira - but get there early to ensure parking! If you need to work while away, the WiFi is super fast - way faster than anything we have back home. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

Absolutely loved this airbnb. In a prefect walkable location, and easy to drive to with parking. The apartment was gorgeous with everything we needed. Highly recommended

Leslie is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, supported us with local tips, eg with the local car rental. Her place is calm and beautiful. I loved the beaches close to the house. Just amazing!

Jonathan is an excellent host! Great communication and the place is so perfectly located just far away enough to be quiet at night and close enough to all the action you desire! The pictures do not do justice to the amazingness of the area!! Highly recommend!

We've stayed in a few places in Prainha and this was by far the best. The location is perfect, and the listing itself really lovely. Everything you need for a week self catering.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is very close to bars and the beach.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Casa Nanna. The apartment was positioned perfectly at the top of a beautiful cobbled street not far from the Roman Bridge. We enjoyed some wonderful walks especially in the Ria Formosa. The boat trip to Tavira Island was well worth it, only 2.6€ for a return trip. We can highly recommend nearby restaurants Come na Gaveta and Bossa Tavira all within a few steps away. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Nanna and will be returning next year for sure.

A fab stay from start to finish. Rafael and Anna-Sophie were excellent hosts, very responsive and super flexible around our arrival time which was late in the evening. The apartment was very well-equipped and has been designed in a clever way to make the most of the space – it actually feels much bigger than it looks in the photos. The patio balcony with a BBQ was perfect for al-fresco dining, the gardens have been beautifully maintained and the swimming pool was perfect for a hot summers day. You can easily reach the towns of Boliqueime and Loulé by car and the coast is only a c. 20 min drive away. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

Oh well, whenever you come across superlatives on Airbnb you'd get suspicious. This home and the warm-felt welcoming of Agi found no challenger during all our time booking by Airbnb. This was a heavenly calm, beautiful place. We'd not only love to come back but stay forever. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and taking the extra time to show us around.

If you are looking for a beautiful location to unplug and relax, look no further than Bernardo & Laura’s place. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking views. Their place is in a very peaceful and quiet spot in the mountains; while still being only about 35 minutes from the amazing beaches of the Algarve. We were a group of 6 people, including 2 young kids, and we always felt very comfortable in the spacious accommodations. Laura was super responsive and helpful in all of our communications and was able to accommodate an early check-in, which we appreciated after a long flight. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had the most amazing time, so much to see and do around Monchique. The pool and home was so clean and well designed, it had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you James for all your help in making our stay extra special. Will be back again soon!

Ricardo & Patricia’s home in Lagos is truly magical and they are fantastic hosts who take pride in their home. They made sure we had everything our 1.5year old toddler needed well in advance including a crib, high chair and beach toys. They recommended delicious restaurants and activities with catered suggestions for a family with a young child. They went above beyond to make our stay comfortable and included special touches like oranges to make juice, a fresh loaf of local bread and flowers. The pool was warm and very clean and the unit was spotless. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was and would highly recommend Patricia and Ricardo’s place to anyone. We hope to be back one day soon!

Perfect location - walkable to a very nice beach

We had a wonderful week in the house. The house is very cozy and offers everything you need. The garden with pool is great and we would come back any time. The communication and assistance from the landlord also worked out very well. We were very satisfied.

The location of this home is unbeatable. Literally next to the beach, but you feel private the entire time. We appreciated all of the different sections of the outdoor space— especially the bar stools by the balcony to watch the dogs on the beach and the full al fresco kitchen! So much to do nearby and we highly recommend as an ideal spot for anyone visiting the Algarve. Thank you!
