I love my day at Katherine's home. Katherine is so communicative and answers any questions in minutes. The house is located in an excellent place for everything. The groceries arrive to the address and quickly. I loved the house very clean and spacious. The green I felt at my place outside my house. Lots of privacy. Vorvere soon.

Great location, very secure, gated entrance to the complex. Excellent comunication with the host. Clean apartment. TV with Netflix. Grocery stores will deliver just need to make a call. I fully recommend it.

Definitely an excellent place to rest, it is safe and has all the amenities for a family. I would return once more without hesitation

Very nice and cozy

Clean and comfortable for my family of six. Didn’t have any complications with the airbnb host or the place itself. Super easy check in and check out. Rafael was nice and always responded quick. The area is really quiet and safe. Family friend lives by there and recommended the area. Less than 5 minutes from Megacentro which was great for getting groceries.

easy parking, good water pressure. washer & dryer in unit was a +. 5 minute drive to LA Sirena and gym.

A fairly well equipped apartment in a private residential, with 24/7 security, pool, very quiet and at an excellent price. You can't ask for much more, not in Santo Domingo or anywhere else in the world. The security personnel in the residential are very attentive, friendly and friendly.

very affordable apartment where the local Dominicans live. the apartment complex was safe. everything is a short euber drive away. the metro train station isn't far either, this is the cheapest way to get to the tourist part of Santo Domingo. Katherine and her family were very friendly and I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget and want a nice,comfortable stay when you are in Santo Domingo.

Absolutely amazing stay! I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy bedding to the clean areas. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!
