Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Accogliente, pulito e moderno. L'appartamento è concentrato ma completo di tutto. Letto comodissimo, divano letto comodo nella seduta e per dormire. Una piccola nota: una persona alta oltre 180 cm potrebbe andare scomoda a dormire sul divano (io sono sotto 176 e ci sono stato bene). La posizione è ottimale e strategica. Gli host sono eccezionali, gentilissimi, cortesi e disponibili. Per la nostra piccola famiglia sarà un nuovo punto di riferimento.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We came from Florida USA , and were lucky to met Paola personally, she came to meet us and she was very nice an attentive, and friendly, the apartment was very clean , she has cookies for us, everything I need it was there , the place was was super quite and close to everything, the supermarket was 2 doos down which it was a plus , I will recommend Paolas and her place to anyone, from Brenda and Jesus Thank you

Ein absoluter Traum für alle Rom-Reisende. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight nach einem langen Tag voller Sightseeing – Entspannung pur. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und doch nahe am Zentrum – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem mit der Metro erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

Paola arranged for us to meet with Rodell who was extremely welcoming and helpful upon arrival, making our transition seamless. The loft has everything you need, including great A/C, a phenomenal location, and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco upon arrival! We loved it and its charm, we would no doubt stay there again.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. The apartment is perfect. Great location with everything you need. The host went out of their way to make us comfortable including booking multiple transfers for us.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Gianni's place was AWESOME, and was exactly as described! The location is PERFECT for getting around the area, and we felt safe not only at the airbnb, but in Roma in general. Gianni was very quick to respond to any questions that we had about the area, restaurant suggestions, and he also organized our taxi back to the airport for us! He truly went above and beyond during our stay. You are only about 5 minutes at the most from the Pantheon and many AWESOME restaurants! We loved Traverna delle Coppelle that Gianni recommend...we actually ate there 2 nights in a row! Gianni recommend things that weren't "touristy" which made us have a truly Roman experience! We truly hope to be able to return in the near future! Mille Grazie!!!

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!
