El lugar es hermoso , el equipo de atención es muy amable y servicial . El único punto débil para nosotros fue q no había ascensor y no lo leímos en ninguna parte, para un. Bebé en brazo fue algo incómodo .

The location was nice and family friendly. It was easy to walk into town and safe. My only recommendations on a personal note would be to add another air conditioner to the living room because it gets hot. On a second suggestion, it would be to open the pool area before 10:00am. Other than that, I would recommend this place for nice vacation.

This was the most wonderful Airbnb experience! Hands down the best in Medellín, in the lovely area of Laureles. The space is huge, clean, spacious and full of light. The balcony on the second floor is a dream and the jacuzzi is *chef’s kiss*. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, which we loved to just sit and take in at night. It truly felt like an oasis. The hosts were kind and very quick with responses, addressing any questions we had. They were even flexible with our checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The weekly cleaning was also a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit Medellín. It's conveniently located near the tranvía and several convenience stores. The property is well-maintained and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, everything was excellent, although there were some nighttime disturbances from nearby music and parties. Additionally, the window occasionally made an unpleasant noise.

Excelente lugar, cerca de locales de comida, solo deberían colocar un aislante de sonido en la habitación qué da a la carretera principal.

Una finca excelente, con todos los servicios necesarios. Las habitaciones super confortables, con todo lo necesario. Un espacio muy recomendable para descansar y estar en familia. Todo con un excelente funcionamiento.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

Great home! Extremely spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our troubles and questions. Would highly recommend this place

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y muy fácil de moverse. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad y el servicio del host. The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excelente lugar , espacio impecable

I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.

this place is a charming, compact but versatile space. 2 small well appointed bedrooms with powerful mini a/c units. a small but compmetely funtional shower bath. a half bath off the living/dining area. this place is at a great price for what it delivers. Andrew is a great host and quite responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible city and hope and pray this unit is available for my stay. Look no further. This place is the real deal.

Ruben is one of the best hosts i’ve encountered on AirBNB, his willingness to aid his guests in anything makes him THE BEST. The apartment was flawless with many amenities surrounding such as great returners, views, and ease of access to and from wherever you want to go.

El lugar se sintió seguro, fácil acceso y privado. Tiene una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Lugares como la comuna 13 muy cerca, además del centro de la ciudad.
