El apartamento estaba muy bien dotado y limpio. El checking fue un registro sencillo y rápido en portería. El parqueadero del apto, es estrecho (para un automóvil está ok, pero si vas en campero o un carro muy ancho y alto, es mejor que hables con César antes. Nosotros parqueamos en uno de visitantes en el mismo sótano)

Todo muy bien. El apartamento bien dotado, el edificio bien ubicado y con estupendos servicios. La señorita Morales atenta a todo fue un punto de tranquilidad en nuestra estadía. Volveremos gustosos.

Our stay at this home was truly outstanding so much more than what the pictures showed! The house was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location felt very secure and was just a short, easy walk to Panaca park, which was a big plus. The kids especially loved the pool, it was one of their favorite parts of the stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated and felt fresh and modern. Every sitting area and the main gathering room were thoughtfully designed and super cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made things so convenient. Another bonus: there’s a small convenience store right near the main entrance by security. It was really helpful for the little things we forgot to pack, and the kids had fun walking over to grab some ice cream.

Gonzalo was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Our plans had a slight change and he was very proactive and helped us work it out.
