Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Santa María Huatulco

This apartment is in a beautiful location with an incredible view down to the sea. It is clean and well equipped and the air con in the bedroom is excellent! Ana went out of her way to make us feel welcome, lending us her own baby equipment to make our stay more comfortable. Fresh drinking water was provided and Maria regularly checked in that we were ok! There were a couple of small things to mention- probably more prominent for us as we had a baby with us: 1) the house is v. close to to the sea however it is very rough and we couldn’t take our baby in. It was about 1km to the nearest swimmable beach. This is absolutely not the fault of Ana however I didn’t fully appreciate this before booking so is worth noting if you are less mobile or have a baby with you! 2) insects in the kitchen- I think this comes with the territory however they got into our food and baby milk before we started storing everything in the fridge! Despite this, it was a lovely stay- thank you!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one month, and this Airbnb had everything we needed! Julien and Adriana are lovely hosts and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect for our needs. The Airbnb is on a hill at one end of town, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the Airbnb is at one end of town, Mazunte is so small and walkable, there were no issues getting around. (For reference, you can leisurely stroll across town to San Agustinillo in less than 30 minutes.) A reliable l Internet connection is really important for me because I work remotely, and there were no issues with the Starlink Internet. There is air conditioning throughout the entire unit (both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom). I thought I liked the heat, but I can’t imagine spending a month in Mazunte without air conditioning. I would recommend this Airbnb to all my friends and family!

I stayed at Marlene's place for a few weeks, and I was very satisfied. The place is in a quiet corner of Zipolite, yet only minutes away from the beach. The apartment itself is very clean. Marlene was a great host and very responsive. I can definitely recommend staying here.

100% recomendable!!! El frigobar y el aire acondicionado son un plus. No muchos hospedajes tienen frigobar, me encantó, sin duda regresaría. Está muy cerca caminando del centro. Gracias!

Alma was an incredible host, let us use the extra pool on site, offered us lots of things to do, invited us onto her own property to watch the moon rise. was absolutely above & beyond. i’d definitely return. the property cat was a bonus, so sweet & friendly.

Prachtige loft zeer dichtbij het strand en veel eet en uitgaansgelegenheden. En tegelijk erg privé gelegen. Zou deze accommodatie absoluut aanraden. Tip: huur een scooter, dan kun je makkelijk Zipolite en Mazunte ontdekken.

Un lugar precioso!!! La casa muy cómoda y bonita, la atención de Roberto, Gabriela y Jesús excelente

Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos; la casa estaba súper limpia y las reglas son concisas y claras. Las recámaras y sanitarios estaban súper limpios y en general, todo excelente. Se los súper recomiendo para tener un descanso placentero con una vista increíble al mar.

Una estancia única la casa es maravillosa ideal para ir en familia o con amigos tal como se describe o hasta mucho mejor en vivo

Miriam fue muy atenta, en todo lo que se necesitaba para el alojamiento, al grado de apoyarnos en traernos lo que necesitáramos. El alojamiento contaba con todo lo esencial, además de ser bastante amplio y privado para los huéspedes, las áreas verdes y la alberca estaban súper bien. Las áreas verdes súper amplias y suficientes para hacer actividades al aire libre. Contaba con muchas camas y áreas para descansar, además de que cuenta con una palapa amplia para poder comer y tomarse unas copas. Excelente lugar y excelente atención, si algo destaca fue la atención de Miriam.

I love this place. There is an authenticity to it, at least to mine northern eyes, that is hard to describe. It felt like waking up on Sergio Leone movie set. One of those places where it just feels great to allow oneself to blend into his/her surrounding and soak it all in. The sea breeze blowing in and the sound of crashing waves made for some of the best nights of sleep in my life. And the location is just perfect. I will come back.

We loved staying at this property. Things we loved: -Home was spacious and well-equipped. -Strong wifi -There was a coffee maker (not Nespresso as was listed). -Proximity to the beach and restaurants, but far enough away not to hear any traffic or music from bars. -Plenty of bottled water. Things to note: -There are a LOT of stairs. It's a hike up hill, but the views and quietness of this property makes it very worthwhile. -Playa Del Amor is a short 10 minute walk away. The main shopping area is about a 30 minute walk. We had a great stay and would certainly consider staying here again. Thank you Gerardo and Miguel.

Inmejorable!!! La casa está bonita, pero la ubicación con esas vistas maravillosas lo vale todo. Su alberca riquísima con la mejor vista. Recámaras muy espaciosas y cómodas. Todos los espacios bien pensados para que disfrutes el lugar y hasta pensarías en disfrutar sin tener que salir pero hay muchísimo por conocer! Podría hablar maravillas de la casa pero lo que más me impresionó fue el servicio profesional e inmediato de Alex, el administrador. Quedamos encantados con su forma de administrar, siempre pensando en que hacer para que tu estancia sea inmejorable y sus recomendaciones fueron las mejores. Volvería a esta casa o a cualquiera de las que Alex tiene sin pensarlo. Ese joven va a llegar muy muy lejos. Felicidades!!!

Todo estuvo perfecto el lugar los cuartos y todo en general lo recomiendo y volvería a reservar sin dudarlo el espacio es sumamente privado lo cual buscábamos excelentes instalaciones con todos los servicios que necesitábamos un paisaje hermoso desde la terraza muy verde y muy bien cuidado todas sus plantas y vegetación alberca sumamente limpia nos gustó mucho a toda mi familia y están ubicados en un muy buen punto turístico esperamos volver a ir y volvería a reservar con ustedes sólo un detalle hacían falta azulejos en el piso y mi bebé se raspó varias veces que se caía ahí pero en lo demás todo muy completo y el check in un poco tarde pero sólo tuvimos que esperar 1 hr para poder entrar al condominio por que no estaba lista las habitaciones por limpieza pero por mientras pudimos disfrutar de la alberca y muy amable lidia con nosotros también nose que pasó en un punto pero se fue el agua de la regadera pero eso fue el último día no tuvimos agua pero todo lo demás excelente!

El lugar y la zona es muy tranquila, fácil de llegar a las bahías caminando, el lugar es cómodo, fresco y el anfitrión atento en todo momento, alberca grande y la habitacion cómoda y muy limpia

La estancia en el departamento estuvo bien sin ningún inconveniente , cerca del centro y bahias con todo lo indispensable para estar cómodo, la dueña atenta en todo momento
