Holiday rentals with a pool in Santa Maria de Solius

The view was even more beautiful than on the photos! Upon arrival the house was clean, we quickly had the key and could start enjoying the house and the area. The smaller swimming pool was definitely still big enough because we don't swim laps. Fortunately, the house to the left of it was not inhabited during our holiday period, otherwise they can see the full terrace and swimming pool. For the rest very satisfied, recommended!

We had a great time at Mireia's cottage. The place is beautiful, very well cared for and with a very special energy. Ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature in peace. Mireia was very kind and approachable at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

The property manager was very helpful and communicative and this was a big reason I ended up choosing this rental over others. She seemed so warm and friendly that I felt confident booking. She met us at the house, which was easy to find via instructions she sent beforehand. She had a very sweet welcome basket of food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and even had offered to order takeout food for us since we were arriving late. She sent a beautiful guidebook with recommendations that were helpful. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were made up and ready with towels and toiletries like a fancy hotel. There was coffee and sugar (but no cream) and everything needed to cook (oil, spices, pans, etc.). The location felt extremely private and safe and was a 10-15 minute drive to town and beaches. We used the heated pool every day even though it was April and cold/windy. The host continued to communicate during our stay and met us when we left. Really pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is exactly big enough for 2 people. We made extensive use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, which were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

Very good apartment to go as a couple and disconnect. The pool and garden are very well maintained and quite private. The apartment has almost everything, the only thing missing is some more kitchen utensils (what there is is too basic). Mari is very kind and attentive at all times while respecting privacy. A place to come back without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Our stay with Jacqueline and Xavi was amazing. The cottage was magical, with the best view in Catalunya and so many small details that made us feel right at home. Jacqueline gave the best recommendations for dining and the amazing beaches in the surrounding area. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place, our new favorite spot on the Costa Brava.

Excellent stay at Christophe's, the apartment was nice, the view from the terrace is very nice and the restaurants nearby are super nice! I recommend it!

Great experience... An incredible welcome, you feel expected and it's really nice! The accommodation is great, all amenities are nearby. The places and beautiful beaches to visit are less than an hour away... I highly recommend it, but a car is necessary. Book without a second thought, you won't be disappointed!

The apartment was wonderful—very cozy and conveniently located almost at Platja de Fenals, which is a more relaxed beach compared to the main Lloret beach. The building is very quiet, so it’s not the best choice for those looking to party, as it is also farther away from the main nightlife area. Maribel was very responsive, and even though she didn't speak English, she was able to communicate effectively during the check-in process.

Perfect house to stay these summer days in Barcelona. They are charming guys and they understand everything perfectly. If we return to Barcelona, no doubt we will repeat accommodation . 10/10

We were a small family with two children and this was our second time in Joan's apartment. We enjoyed it very much again. Before check-in, we received the instructions again and were therefore well prepared again. Even an early morning check-in was no problem. The apartment had everything we needed and Joan as a host was quick to reach. The use of the pool was a dream for our daughter and was used sufficiently.

A very nice house, very pleasant, suitable for a large family, very well equipped, many rooms where you feel good. The stone walls protect well from the heat and the terrace is very appreciable.

We loved everything about our stay: the house is perfect in every way - beautifully designed and furnished and superbly equipped. We feel very lucky so have spent our holiday here and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect too - within a very short walk you have everything: beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Great stay at Maria Dolores's place. The house has been renovated and tastefully decorated with respect for its history, it has a lot of charm, while being very functional and is located in a peaceful and very pretty village in the countryside and close to the beaches. The accommodation, the swimming pool and the services (sheets, towels, toiletries, bedding...) are of very high quality. Everything is designed for our comfort and remarkably clean.
