Giacomo welcomed us in person and accompanied us to the house, even the mother was responsive and very helpful. Excellent welcome treats, apartment with attention to the smallest details, the restaurant "Il borgo" is recommended Great value for money. Highly recommended apartment and host.

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace and listen to the animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

The place is beautiful and we had a great time. It was difficult to leave. The snooker table, pizza oven and pool were big hits for us. The location feels remote, like you're a bit deep in the mountains, very peaceful, but you're really only about 10 minutes from Arcidosso and grocery store. We didn't realize how close we were to Mt Amiata, which offers great views and hiking trails, and also mountain biking activities! We rented bikes one day, it was fun! Ernesta was super nice and helpful, always answered quickly. It was a bit tricky to find our way initially, as the road you have to take is not marked all the way in Airbnb or Google Maps. When we were confused on the final turn, we asked the locals and they pointed us the right way, then we found Ernesta waiting for us.

Great accommodation in a beautiful location. Paolo is a wonderful host and gave us very nice tips about what to do in this area. We really enjoyed the time :)

Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! It is located on the southern tip of the Tuscany area, so I was a little hesitant at first because it was far from Florence, but when I saw the photos of the accommodation, the facilities were so good that I made a reservation. When I arrived, the resident staff kindly helped me check in and explained it to me. There was a separate parking lot and I couldn't swim due to the season, but there was also a great outdoor pool. As soon as we opened the door to the room, we were amazed by the beautiful scenery of Tuscany. Kianti wine was prepared as a welcome drink, and all the facilities were so great and perfect for two couples. In the evening, I went to Castello di Fighine Rostorante, a two star restaurant nearby. I went about 15 minutes to the dark, unpaved mountain road, and there was a restaurant in the castle on the hill. Like Michelin Restaurant, the food and service were so great. In conclusion, it was such a pity that I only stayed one day at this accommodation, and I really wanted to come next time and stay leisurely.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Incredibly beautiful place in the middle of breathtaking scenery! Thanks to Andreas' special hospitality and cordiality, we immediately felt at home and enjoyed our stay very much. We have also grown fond of the small town of Scansano. We will be happy to come back!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We only stayed one night , a very tidy and clean complex immersed in nature, a true oasis of relaxation . The only thing I would recommend to make a bottle of water even more impeccable if guests arrive like us in the late afternoon is always convenient.

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
