This is a great location, accepting there are a few steps to navigate in the short walk to the centre of El Calafate. The added bonus is that the tour I chose did a pick up here which they do not do for all Air BnBs.

We had a great time and close to downtown!! We loved our room and the area an 8-minute walk from downtown by a fairly quiet path. The Staff was super friendly reception, they suggested activities and very attentive to our breakfast time for daily activities. We really loved it! We recommend it 100% 🙂🙌🏽

Andrea and Javier were wonderful hosts and a wealth of knowledge. We arrived on Christmas Eve and they helped us find a great holiday dinner for our first Christmas away from family. The accommodations are cute and a short walk to the city center. Very convenient and quiet! Thanks so much!

It's very close to the main street, the place and the room are very nice and organized. They answered all the questions.

Lorena was very attentive at all times, she attended to all our needs and resolved them quickly, a very kind and very cordial person. The room is impeccable, the outdoor areas are very nice and clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything.

The breakfest was great, the view too! Its a bit of a walk, but not too difficult. We slept very good :)

We loved our stay at Maria & Hugo’s B&B. Hugo was so helpful at the start of our visit mapping out all the treks we can do around the area. The beds are so comfy and so warm with the heating on all the time. The showers are especially amazing - so warm! The breakfast is lovely too, great selection, all you can need. The kitchen space is outside of the main building which is huge and enough room for everyone to cook their own meals. We stayed a week and loved our stay. The B&B felt like home away from home. Thank you Maria & Hugo for an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend.

My stay was wonderful; the room was comfortable, and the shared spaces were clean. The flat is located in a quiet area with a lovely view of Lake Argentino, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Hugo, the host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.

Private room and bathroom at hostel price, absolutely worth it.

The bidet hot water didn’t properly heat at times but other than that really good. She was really friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday which was a nice touch.

We had a great time at hotel del Lago. The common spaces are really cute to hang around. The included breakfast was also amazing. There a lots of options even for vegan people. The staff was really nice and helpful. You can start the hikes directly from the hostel.

The Hostel is the perfect mix for anyone who is looking for some comfort but also a friendly place with nice common rooms. It offers two kitchens where you can prepare your own food and our room also included breakfast with unlimited coffee everyday. The location is perfect for dayhikes around El Chalten and there are also beatiful hikes a bit further away.
