El departamento es muy cómodo y ubicado en un complejo muy bueno, con muchas comodidades y seguridad. En un sector con acceso a muchos servicios y agilidad para el transporte.

El dpto muy limpio, acogedor, tenía todo lo que publico, las personas muy atentas en cada momento, vista muy buena,muchos souvenirs extras, como galletas,refresco, etc, limpieza en todo el dpto la verdad nos sentimos muy cómodos

Marcelo es un excelente anfitrion, durante nuestra estadia nos sentimos realmente como en casa. Destaco la seguridad, limpieza y comodidad. Disfrutamos de la piscina y los niños se divirtieron en el parque del condominio. Fue una excelente inversion puesto que tuvimos muchas comodidades a un precio totalmente accesible. Sin duda recomiendo hospedarse donde Marcelo. Con seguridad volveremos !

Una excelente ubicación queda cerca a todo lo necesario. Es un lugar muy limpio y super equipado. La pasamos muy bien, mi familia y yo estamos agradecidos. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!

Muy buen alojamiento, el departamento está muy bien ubicado y es conforme a la descripción, cuenta con todos los servicios, realmente nos encantó mucho la estancia allí.

Excelente lugar para todos aquellos que aprecian de la naturleza. La Atencion se merece 5 estrellas. Un lugar muy auténtico con vistas hermosas y comida de muy buena calidad!

It was my second visit to Bolivia as I settled to become a Temporary Resident and pursuing my studies in a new country. The centralized location allowed me to easily visit Migración and other locations with ease, especially during the Civil Strike when transport options were severely limited. The center is within 7 - 8 mins walk for variety of cuisine and art by local folks. It was the beginning of Summer, so when it became too hot, the pool provided the opportunity to cool down and relax. It was a great experience and Herman helped with my transition to making Bolivia my new home.

the room has all minimum things ...sauna was not enough hot ...there is gym in building but equipment is too old . This building is popular in Santa Cruz so easy to find

excelente departamento, 100% recomendable, muy limpio, amplio y cómodo, ubicado en un condominio muy hermoso, dónde el personal y los residentes son muy amables, el guardia recepcionista del día muy agradable, amable y servicial; el sector tranquilo, tiene de todo lo básico cerca, locomoción a la puerta y a poco minutos de los mall, la fexpocruz, supermercado, del Urubo y las Cabañas del Pirai.

Apartamento excelente, limpo e organizado. Espaço amplo. Bairro Tranquilo. Tudo muito bonito e organizado. A anfitriã sempre disposta a ajudar com qualquer coisa. Muito paciente. Amei tudo. Viajei em família e minha filha amou o espaço, principalmente a piscina infantil 🤩

Einfach absolut genial, Gastgeberin immer offen, aber nicht aufdringlich, jederzeit ansprechbar fuer ein Problem. Die Natur kommt sozusagen ins Haus (tolle Voegel, auch mal ein Affe...) Der richtige Ort fuer Onlinearbeiten und Relaxen.
