This apartment is a great base for a Barcelona vacation. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Clean and in a super safe neighbourhood, its well placed in terms of location with a couple of metro and bus stops in walking distance. The apartment itself stands out with its cleanliness, it's amenities and amazing host. The pictures are 100% accurate and more. Leo is super responsive and had so thoughtfully set out all we need in the kitchen, including fresh milk, tea/coffee and even spaghetti (super useful as we had kids). It was a welcome home to come back to after our packed days and was just the perfect place to base our Barcelona holiday with the family. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking at it. Totally worth the value.

Great location. Clean space, with useful amenities. We loved the balcony which has a view of one of Gaudi’s iconic buildings Casa Mila. Easy to walk anywhere, tons of great restaurants and other essentials nearby . Maria was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Plus some great recs. We look forward to coming back!

Laura, Jordi's wife, was our contact person. She met us for check-in and showed us around. She checked in on us during our 5-night stay and was very responsive to my inquiries. The space was plenty for us, 3 adults and 1 child. Most of everything we wanted to see was either a walkable distance or a quick taxi ride. We did a car rental for our day trips to Montserrat and Costa Brava. We recommend booking this apartment: close to everything you'd want to see in Barcelona, but away from the busyness of the city center.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was thought of. The host clearly has a lot of experience and was always happy to help us. Rent a bike at City Bike rental (in the same street) and go on an adventure in Barcelona. When you get home, an oasis of peace awaits you. The view from the roof terrace never gets boring. On the last day we were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment, so we could spend the last hours in the city. Airbnb at its best!!

You’re not going to find a better place to stay in Barcelona than this. Perfect location. Great amenities. A fantastic space.

We had a great stay at Carlos’s place in Barcelona. He was super accommodating as our flight was delayed, and he kept track of it the whole way, which was really appreciated. The apartment was just as described: clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The beds were great, and everything was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved our stay at Amanda’s place. Lovely area, close to great coffee shops, and a stones throw away from local amenities such as the metro and local shops. The flat itself is spotless and has everything you need including a fabulous terrace. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again!

Un piso estupendo tenia de todo nos sentimos como en casa. Llegamos super bien y se encontraba todo limpio y ordenado. Recomendado para cuando vayan en grupo ya que hubo mucho espacio para todos estuvimos muy agusto…

We stayed at Victor & Paula's home recently whilst visiting Barcelona for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been more delighted with this amazing house. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean in all areas and very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay. In addition to the fantastic kitchen, there is even a laundry room and a gym/play room in the basement. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden and terrace which was lovely for eating outside. The house is in a quiet, residential area, but the nearest underground station is only about a 7 minute walk, allowing easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions. The buses also run frequently from the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk with everything you could need as well as some cafes within walking distance. Victor, Paula and Carla were kind and helpful hosts and were always quick to reply. Amazing

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We verbleven hier 2 weken en hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje bevindt zich in een rustige wijk en gezellig dorp, waar je verschillende winkels kunt vinden en ook een markt. Op kleine afstand zitten verschillende steden zoals Mataró en Barcelona die we hebben bezocht. Bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitschaal voor ons klaar en ook de (koel)kast was gevuld! Het huisje is precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen. We hebben veel gebruikgemaakt van de gedeelde buitenruimte met zwembad, deze werden niet door Toni en Olga gebruikt tijdens ons verblijf. Rond de avond zijn er wel muggen, daar hebben ze ook veel spullen voor in huis gehaald zoals kaarsen. Verstandig om ook zelf anti-muggen spray mee te nemen als je in de avond buiten wilt zitten. Toni en Olga zijn erg gastvrij, ze reageerden snel op vragen of verzoeken.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönem, geschmackvollen Haus. Nuria hat uns am Anfang sehr freundlich begrüßt . Sofort habe ich familiäre Gefühle gehabt, als wir uns schon gekannt haben. Sehr nette Mensch. Sofort hat uns sehr viel Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist super, alles ist schön, keine zufällige Sachen, alles mit Kopf und -praktisch und Geschmack angerichtet. Was muss ich noch erwähnen -alles war da-im Küche -Kaffe, Milch, Wasser,Saft, Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Im Toiletten auch alles zu Verfügung von Toalletpapier bis Shampoos, Duschgel, Haarspülung... Extra schreibe ich über diesen Sachen, weil passiert sehr selten, dass man alles hat im Wohnung. Einfach perfekte Service!!!!👍 Wohnung befindet sich im sehr schöne Ecke von Vilanova i La gertru.- Altstad-schöne Kaffe, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand braucht man gute 20 Minuten . Wir haben sehr schöne Woche gehabt und jeden Tag Erholung auf dem Terrasse.Nochmal Dankeschön 😊👍👍

Ivan's place was very beautiful and stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. We had some a pleasant and memorable time staying at Casa Sard. Ivan was also immeasurably helpful in helping us get to a very important event that is not walkable from his place in Vilanova. Great and friendly communication that is beyond superb. The rating should be more than 5 stars. Thanks Ivan for everything!

Silvia was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, had wonderful recommendations. The place was beautiful and was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood was our favorite because it’s quiet and has great restaurants and bars walking distance. If we ever go back to Barcelona we will definitely go back to Patio Gracia!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll, alles war sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, alles war super!

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

This Barcelona Airbnb was excellent—spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group stay. The layout made relaxing easy, with plenty of room for everyone. Location was ideal, close to major sights, restaurants, and transport. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like home. Highly recommend for groups seeking comfort and convenience.

I had a lovely stay at Eduard’s place. Firstly, the apartment has an amazing terrace with views of the sunset and Sagrada Familia. I did some remote work there and it was really comfortable with fresh air coming in from the balcony doors, and convenient with an ample sized table, and high speed wifi. Eduard met me for check in and provided some good local recommendations. I highly recommend this spot and would look to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely the BEST Airbnb experience I've had! Anna and her family are the kindest hosts and made me feel so welcome. The property is gorgeous and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend staying with Anna at this beautiful home. I will absolutely come again next time I'm in Spain. 🤍

Majoittuminen oli mahtava! Majoittajan ohjeet olivat selkeät ja sisäänkirjautuminen helppoa. Majoittaja vastasi välittömästi viesteihin. Huoneisto on siisti, vastaa kuvausta ja on hyvin varusteltu majoittumista varten. Sijainti loistava, vain lyhyt kävely rannalle ja juna-asemalle.

Crisant met us in front of the apartment and gave us a full tour with clear instructions. Very friendly and always quick to respond with our questions. Gave us a very generous check-out as no one was scheduled that day. Sent restaurant recommendations after discovering my son was a chef. The place itself looked like the photos. Very quiet never hearing any neighbors. Our favorite spot was the terrace for morning coffee and evening wine. All amenities provided. Market around the corner for provisions. Area is very safe and walkable. Close to train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay for the Grand Prix and would choose this again for the convenience of not being amongst the crowds going to Barcelona. Plus Granollers is a very cute town with plenty to do for a short stay. I would HIGHLY recommend Cristants place to all.

Marc’s place was all round a perfect stay. The terrace was the standout feature, ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable with efficient air conditioning throughout the apartment. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we return to Barcelona!
