I had a very good time in Yeliz's apartment. There is everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, metro) in a very good position, close enough to the airport. The house is super big and clean, and perfectly matches the description. I definitely recommend it! :)

The hotel room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff, notably Nazim abi, was extremely helpful. They took care of all of our requests. The location isn’t too bad either, just a ten minute walk from the nearest metro (Imes). For the price I payed, I was extremely happy. I highly recommend staying here.

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Communication with Bayram was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

Serkan's apartment is quite unique. The location is excellent: a vibrant neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants, but also great places for kids such as a part, a basketball court and access to a Bosphorus walk. Still, the house is a bit protected and does not get any of the noise of these places. the apartment is quite special, very well structured, lots of space and 3 bedrooms, which is very rare in Istanbul! If you are travelling with kids/family, this is the perfect place for you!

It was a great stay, thank you very much Mr. Veysel for everything, he is a very understanding and sweet host. The house is already perfect, you do not need to think about any earthquake problems due to its magnificent view and unique nature and one floor. Definitely everyone should experience this place!

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. the house is so beautiful! we had a wonderful time, we particularly enjoyed the garden and outdoor patio which has a gorgeous table and chairs, perfect for a group of 6. the artwork is unique, the furniture is antique, and the kitchen is well equipped. the host is so kind and generous, he was very responsive.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

First of all, Mr. Nuri is a gentleman of Istanbul, his behavior, his speech, his approach to events, the elegance in his narration and the subtleties he showed in his description were excellent. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
