Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

The view is stunning, the apartment very comfortable. Location can’t be beat, you can walk right into the Roman Forum and also walk to the city center fairly easily.

Overall, this place was great. Awesome location within a short walk of many of the major sights- Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. The apartment itself is immaculate and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The AC was amazing and worked perfectly. Very quiet at night. Two things to note- it’s located on the third floor of a walk-up with no elevator so I would strongly recommend anyone who can’t handle steps not book here. Secondly, we were woken up in the morning with the sound of construction from downstairs across the street. It was not super early in the morning (maybe around 9 am) but nonetheless woke us up. Overall, it was a great choice for us and we would go back there (just knowing we can’t sleep in).

Un grand merci à Bianca pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné ! 😊 L’appartement est extrêmement bien pensé, chaque détail compte : des petits biscuits qui accompagnent la tisane, jusqu’aux bouchons d’oreille prévus pour le concert à proximité du Colisée ou du Cirque Maximus. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente chez soi. C’était un plaisir d’échanger avec vous. Merci encore !

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location is truly unbeatable — you walk out the door and the Colosseum is right there in front of you. It honestly feels surreal. The metro is just 2 minutes away, making it super easy to get around, though most major historical sights are within a very pleasant walking distance. What really made our stay exceptional was the host — hands down the best we’ve ever had. Communication was clear, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. You can really feel the care and hospitality, which elevated the whole experience. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured: warm, welcoming, and tucked away with a peaceful private garden that feels like your own little oasis in the middle of the city. Plus, it’s located in the Monti neighborhood, which is perfect for exploring local Roman food — cozy, authentic restaurants. Highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to Rome. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

casa spaziosa, centrale, silenziosa, pienamente corrispondente alla descrizione (forse ancora meglio). l'host preciso e puntuale. ci ha aiutato a risolvere un nostro problema celermente e con grande efficacia. una volta partiti è stato in grado di farci avere un oggetto che avevamo dimenticato in casa. consigliatissimo.
