Holiday rentals with a patio in San Telmo

The place has an excellent location in San Telmo, we arrived Sunday and literal the market was on our street. They let us drop off our bags a little before check-in and we went for a walk. The place is very nice, very well decorated and equipped. I recommend it.

Very nice, modern and clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee and fashion shops. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment!

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Angel’s place was perfect, we booked last minute as our previous accommodation was really noisy and we needed a quiet nights sleep. It was spacious , clean and had all the amenities we needed , although we didn’t use any of the pool facilities they looked great and added bonus was that breakfast was available in the lobby which we took advantage of. We had great communication with Angel and he answered any questions we had, would definitely stay here again if I’m back in BA and would recommend to friends and family also

Very nice apartment with everything you need to spend a few days in San Telmo. The location is great: one block from Café La Poesía, two blocks from the Market and three blocks from the wonderful Café El Federal. The Sunday fair is just a few steps away. And it has a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. It is very pleasant to live in this lively place, full of books, which has already been inhabited. Very comfortable, in a very good area, it was really great. Thank you so much Ruben

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Awesome place to stay and rest

More beautiful than in the photos, very comfortable, very good with the schedules to arrive early, the area is nice, there was no problem and the noises were not annoying.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was even bigger than we expected which gave us a lot of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

This place is excellent. Perfect space, wonderful (and quiet) communal pool & gym and the location is excellent. It was lovely to come back after a day or a night taking in the city. The concierge in the block made the place so easy and welcoming. The WiFi is also very good. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
