Bel appartement, très propre. On s'est bien installé pour une semaine. Emplacement bien situé pour nous permettre de faire nos activités en tout moment. Nous nous sommes bien senti en toute securité. Notre hôte Marta était très efficace et très responsable. Ainsi que le personnel de la bâtise très gentils et serviables c'était un vrai plaisir pour la famille séjourner certainement on recommande.

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Really nice place, had water issues at first that Ana got fixed right away for us. Amazing stay!

fue muy cómoda la estadía, huevo algunos contratiempos, pero al final se resolvieron. solo un comentario encontramos varias cucarachas y hormigas mi niño tuve k llevarlo al dr. porque le picaron algunas en la alberca, pero de allí todo co.odo. Gracias 🙂

Very local walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Great location and very clean place. Host was very responsive and lobby personnel were very nice and informative.

The apartment was exactly as described, and we would absolutely stay here again. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and we also appreciated the extra amenities like the pool and rooftop space. Checking in and out was very smooth and easy and we absolutely loved having a unit washer and dryer.

Great location 7min walk to Galerias Mall, 2min walk to Walmart, very convenient, and roughly 45mins drive from the San Salvador airport. Alejandra is so pleasant to talk to and makes sure you are satisfied with your stay and quick to respond. I recommend staying here for your El salvador visit.

I wish I would've found this Airbnb years ago because of its location. It is near many food choices within walking distance. There is a nice park across the street where you can interact with locals and enjoy the full Salvadoran experience. Very safe very secure .

We had a nice time staying at Ericka’s apartment. It was well equipped with what we needed. My favorite part was having our coffee on the rooftop terrace. The views are great and we enjoyed hearing all the birds. All the neighbors are friendly and welcoming too.

Patricia was wonderful and so was her husband. They were super helpful and kind and I really enjoyed speaking Spanish with both of them. I was there for a week and felt completely at home. I highly recommend her place in San Salvador. She even ordered me a driver to take me to Santa Ana when I checked out and she gave me some good restaurant suggestions. She is definitely a super host!

This is our third stay for a good reason and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We had an amazing stay at Ray’s & Karlamaria’s place! The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a good personal taste and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Ray and Karlamaria are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and great communication! I will definitely stay with you in my next trip.

The apartment is perfect for our stay in San Salvador, very comfortable, with all beds me and my family needed. We found in the appartment everything we needed it to make our days comfortable. The Location is great, close to Planes de Renderos, and lot of places to eat. There's also a supermarket and Mr Donuts ( good place to have breakfast) just 6 min walking. From the little balcony in the back you have a lot of beautiful trees and birds that sing all day, making your mornings so special!! The apartment complex is very safe, and it has elevator straight to the door. the best part is the great communication with Mayra, she is an amazing host. She did everything possible to make our stay like home. I highly recommend this precious place!!!💓

La ubicación es excelente para eventos en el estadio Saturnino Bengoa, ya que está a una distancia caminando de 5 minutos. La anfitriona Patty siempre estuvo atenta a mensajes y comentarios, el check in y check out sin problemas. El departamento es exactamente como se ven en las fotos y se describe, con todas las amenidades y comodidades. 100% recomendado
