民宿老板特别好，入住和退房都会帮我拿行李！周末有集市之类的也会告诉我，民宿的三只猫特别可爱，也不吵，三只猫成天在阳台晒太阳或者睡觉哈哈哈，去阳台找他们玩也很温顺的小猫。入住体验很好，房间很干净也有冰箱，还有烧水壶，就是床一翻身会响，不过蛮软的，睡得很舒服。卫生间东西很齐全，还有牙刷牙膏和梳子，重点是在古城这边离塔佩门近，去哪里都很方便，楼下沿路就很多饭店的 ，下次来清迈还会选这个房间，小猫太可爱了！拍了很多小猫的照片，太可爱了

Was really nice place, 5min to Maya mall, every place in Nimman area was approachable by walking. The swimming pool was awesome. It was very peaceful and good place to chill. But only one thing that scared me and my partner was cockroach. We were traumatized by the cockroaches found in the toilet. It was big and thick ones. But at the same time Por tried her best to solve the probs we had with cockroaches. Por was the best owner of airbnb I met before !

Wir waren für 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns alles gefallen. Rapee ist ein sehr sympatischer und netter Gastgeber. Die Dinge (Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc), die uns gefehlt haben, hat Rapee uns sofort besorgt. Er war auch in anderen Sachen uns behilflich (medizinische Beratung). Das Einzige, was wir sehr vermisst haben waren die Moskito-Netze an den Fenster. Danke und alles Gute!

This home was in a wonderful location! So much to do in the area and a short tuk tuk ride to the markets and old town area. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations.

Really big space with plenty of places to sleep for a big family. You definitely need a car if you're staying here, but for families who have access to a car, this place is great.

If you love music, love Thai culture and Thai people you should consider. Landlord’s lovely family lives right next door and is very welcoming, often holds barbecue parties for guests, and the son is a great violin player, if you love music, he will show you best music bars in town! Great experience overall!

우리 가족은 한 달동안 숙소에서 지냈습니다. 많이 신경써준 호스트 덕분에 편히 지내다 돌아왔습니다. 1. 집에서 음식을 해먹기 좋습니다. 조리기구와 주방이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 2. 의외로 위치가 좋습니다. 특히 ruamchok mall, meechok Plaza, tops market, rimping market, lotus market이 모두 근거리에 있어서 쇼핑하기에 무척 편리합니다. ruamchok mall인근에서는 매일 작은 야시장이 열리고, meechok plaza에서는 매우 월요일과 화요일에 큰 야시장이 열립니다. 3. 단지가 매우 조용합니다. 오후 느즈막히 아이들이 나와서 놀기 시작하는데, 동네 아이들과 함께 축구를 할 수도 있습니다. 4.필요한 물건들은 모두 grab을 통해 주문하기에 무거운 물건을 들고다닐 필요가 없습니다. 또한 택시가 쉽게 잡히기에 이동에 불편함은 없습니다. 5.숙소의 2km정도거리에 새우낚시터가 있는데 혹 아동을 동반한 가족들은 꼭 방문해보시기 바랍니다. 아이들이 정말 재미있어합니다. 6.호스트가 정말 친절합니다. 모든 과정을 정확하고 신속하게 처리해주셨습니다. 첫 날은 과일, 중간에는 태국 간식을 가져다 주셨습니다. 혹 도움이 필요한 일이 있으면 얼마든지 도와줄 준비가 되어있는 호스트입니다. 다행이 큰 일은 없었지만, 매우 든든했습니다. 7.(tip) 세탁기 용량이 크지 않습니다. 빨래를 소량으로 하면 깨끗하게 잘 됩니다. 8.(tip) 월요일은 수영장이 쉽니다. 9.방마다 에어컨이 잘 되어있어서 쾌적하게 잘 수 있습니다. 혹 숙소를 고민하고 있는 여행자들에게 강력 추천합니다. 그리고 호스트에게 다시 한번 감사의 인사를 전합니다.

是非常舒适的民宅。且包括接机服务。 两间卧室都在二楼，其中一个还有阳台（但是可以忽略不计，因为有空调室外机太热了）二楼有一个共用卫生间。 一进门的一楼的空间很大、大客厅，可以吃饭、洗衣、做饭。还给准备了丰富的饮用水零食咖啡酸奶！！两辆自行车一些草帽雨伞，甚至还有腹肌健身器械。 是我在清迈住的很舒服的房子。值得再次回来！ 缺点有蚊子，二楼洗澡时会比较闷热，不如一楼凉爽。

골든타운 신축건물이라 실내외 벌레도 없고 매우 깨끗함 가전이나 가구도 깨끗하고 훌륭함 길 건너 마트가 2개이며, 루암촉몰의 월화 야시장은 현지인 위주로 다른 야시장보다 훨씬 싸고 맛있음 다만 1층 화장실에는 온수가 나오지 않지만 정수필터가 있는지 물이 깨끗함 수영장이 있어 아이들과 머물기엔 정말 최고!!!

We stayed almost a week with our two daughters and really enjoyed the place. The house is a perfect size, very well furnished with even a few extras for children which is always appreciated. The location is perfect. You’re tucked in a small street away from the noise of the city, but walking distance from some of the best markets and temples. And finally Narongkorn was very responsive and very kind.

The hosts were really communicative and checked in with us consistently! The house was also very well maintained

I had an incredible stay at "Poiz Coftel" Poiz was very communicative and responded quickly to all my questions. The check-in process was seamless and straightforward. The House was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect, close to Central Department Store, restaurants, community mall and public transportation. For the price, this place was an excellent value. I highly recommend staying at Poiz Coftel. I would definitely stay here again!"

Good place for holiday , nice house and responsive host .

房源位置很好，也很好找到。 房內佈置溫馨漂亮與圖片相符，但因為臨近寧曼路，即使過午夜還是有點吵雜（但房東很貼心有在每個房間附贈耳塞），對聲音敏感者可能要注意。 每天有管家打掃整理非常棒！我們家庭在這裡度過了美好的到假期～

Jia的房子太好了！我们此行三对情侣，每个人都非常满意。 第一天红眼航班到达清迈，当时房间情况刚好可以让我们提前进去休息，这简直是意外之喜。 房子位置特别好，去711、按摩店、小酒吧、宁曼路、Maya都能够步行20分钟内到达，一群人一路上说说笑笑，非常开心😊 Jia的回复速度超级及时，处理问题超级迅速。当然了，房子没有任何问题～空间很大和图片一模一样，只是我不太熟悉空调操作🥹 因为这个房子，留下了美好的旅行回忆，要爱上清迈了❤️

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

Rosie Home was a sweet home in a great busy area and yet, tucked away from the main road so felt very private. We enjoyed the easy access and convenience of walkable location. Sirada was very responsive. If we come back with a group of companies, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Overall was a great experience staying here with my family. Would definitely come stay again in the future.
