There was a family of three with one child for 10 days. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The topper on the sofa bed was a little worn out, but it wasn't very uncomfortable for me to sleep on it. I'm 186 and I slept on the sofa bed. It's close to the entrance of Senpe, but it takes a while to walk to the mart in Senpe. There were a few small ants, but I think it's unavoidable. Due to the structure of the building, it is bound to be vulnerable to soundproofing. The pool is the best. I wonder if it uses seawater. As of January, the water is heated by sunlight from noon (12:00) to about 5 or 6 o'clock, so you can swim. You can't do it for a long time in the early morning and at night. I didn't have to contact the host separately while I was there. I had a very satisfying stay. I want to come again by myself if I can. Oh, and E507 is a view of the construction site in front of the window. It's a little noisy because the construction starts in the morning. I had a really nice stay. Thank you, benmo.

A nice and quiet apartment. Shipping mall and Big C nearby, far away from street noises.

We loved staying here!! The apartment looks brand new and it is super clean. The shower is the best one that we have tried (it has a temperature and time indicator). It really gives you the feeling of home not just an Airbnb. The building is awesome, it has a lot to give. The gym and pilates room are 10/10, and you have like 4 pools to choose 😂 We also have spent long time in the library working, which has ergonomic chairs and private rooms. Host is super responsive and because all of that, we extended and got after that another apartment with the same host as this one was already booked. ALSO, you have a private corridor to the awesome mall in front of it Only negative point, it has a building construction infront which doesn't allow you to sleep after 9am in case you want to. But didnt bother us too much

We lived in this apartment for one week and we liked everything. It is a small but very cozy apartment, a very large shopping center is within walking distance. There is a delivery of drinking water throughout the residential complex, as well as a bus service to many places in the city, according to the schedule.

I stayed for a month in the winter, and it's located at the end of the hallway, so you can stay quietly without any noise from the next door. I was very pleased that they handled it immediately on the same day when I requested a repair due to a small problem in the kitchen.

we where with 3 children. the fact that the building has a swimming pool and a Jim was great. the apartment is like in the photos and . we would love to Come again.

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed the balcony and the building rooftop for views of the city and mountain. Would stay again.

The apartment complex is very nice and very quiet. It’s a nice modern complex with a nice gym and pool. The apartment was nice. Very clean and cosy. My only negative would be that the sofa was not too comfortable and a bedside lamp would be nice in the bedroom. The shower was broken and the water was cold. The owner offered to fix this but I wasn’t at home long enough to let the engineer in. I would stay here again because of the amenities and how peaceful it is.

We had a problem with aircond but the host fixed it very quickly. Other than that everything was good!

Somphot is an awesome host, he was very responsive and helpful from the moment of booking and throughout all our stay. The check in and check out instructions were clear and given well in advance so we had a peace of mind on the days of travel and finding the place and getting inside was smooth and easy. A wonderful studio apartment. Really lovely complex with gym, pool, co-working office etc. The apartment is well presented, very clean, lots of items are very new (great towels for example) Everything you need. We stayed for about a week and it was great. Very close to the mall where you can find lots of eateries, shops etc, and only 20 minutes from Chiang Mai Airport. Finally the host is lovely, very friendly, flexible with us on check-out. Would recommend.

The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
