What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

숙소가 조용했다. 수영장도 꽤 커서 아이와 재밌게 놀 수 있었다. 마야몰까지 5분거리로 위치가 아주 마음에 들었다.

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

Jetiya’s house is very decent and comfortable for family’s long-stay in Chiang Mai. If you rent a car, it’s also very convenient either go to the old town or go north to Chiang Dao or Chiang Rai. Jetiya and her housekeeper are very patient and responsive for my questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect, as always. I am often in Chiang Mai for a quiet place to work while we renovate our home in Phrae and if Kansiree's home is available I always stay here! It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

총 7명이 숙소로 사용했습니다. 올드타운 중앙에 위치하여 다른 지역으로 이동하기 편리하며, 돌아올 때도 구글에서 숙소 이름으로 검색할 수 있어서 찾아가기 쉽습니다. 호스트가 체크인이나 숙소 사용에 관한 문의에 대해 빠르고 상세하게 답변해주기 때문에 걱정할 필요가 없었습니다. 침실과 화장실이 깔끔하여 좋았으며, 에어컨도 냄새가 나지않아 숙소에 머무는 동안 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 인적이 드물긴 하지만 평상 시에는 주거지역 느낌이라서 조용하게 지내기 좋습니다. 체크아웃 이후에도 짐 보관 서비스를 제공하고 있으므로, 비행기 출발시간이 다소 늦더라도, 그때까지 짐을 들고 돌아다니지 않을 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 방문할 기회가 있다면, 이번 숙소를 다시 사용하고 싶습니다.

非常适合四五人的小团体出行，地理位置方便，环境舒服，房子也非常干净，Eddie和他的家人都非常热情好客，有什么问题都能及时帮忙解决，让我们在清迈的旅行留下了非常好的印象！ 不足肯定就是比较靠近机场，对于睡眠浅的住客，Eddie也准备了耳塞，而且晚上航班数量会骤降，所以基本没有太大的噪音，还有就是洗澡水压有一点点小，不过问题也不大，总体来说还是非常满意的！

非常好的一次民宿体验，独栋别墅空间很大，私密性很好，步行几分钟就可以到达宁曼路，下次去清迈旅行还会考虑这个民宿

The place is really great for families. My son, 6 years old, loved the place so much. I loved the green life in the house. A lot of small items provided which are so thoughtful. Everything is available there. It was a very pleasant stay! Will book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.
