A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Lovely little place, perfect for a couple. Very peaceful, absolutely beautiful scenery. Very clean, with an amazing host. Would happily go back. The only thing I would say is, that the drive to the property can be challenging for drivers who don’t have a lot of confidence. Other than this, it’s an amazing house, lots of character, we loved it!

We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and the tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

It was a great beautiful experience and if we were to travel to Lucca again. Then we would immediately know where to book something.

The apartment is really very nice and clean, it also has the style of Cinzia, a person who loves sincerity and simplicity, as well as the beauty of nature. She has always been available to requests and has always provided useful suggestions. I highly recommend this place, essential and comfortable, both for those who want to spend days in the mountains and at the sea, easily accessible but remaining a little off the classic tourist routes.

The listing of the accommodation does not reflect the beautiful landscape of the accommodation! There are countless hidden spots in the garden where you can relax. We liked the daily bike ride to Lucca with the bikes provided by Anita the most. Call me by your name scenes in real life! Also great was the proximity to the beach Marina di Vecchiano, which is considered an insider tip compared to the crowded beaches near Viareggio. The accommodation's grill is perfect for a cozy barbecue when you've had enough of pizza and pasta. The kitchen is fully sufficient to conjure up any dish at lunchtime. There is also a dartboard, which is a great way to spend the afternoons. The only disadvantages for us were: Unfortunately, the pool was a bit low at 1.10m. The area has a slight mosquito infestation, and Anita provided us with material to counteract this. All in all, a wonderful accommodation!!

We love staying at Barbara's place. Its beautiful. Magic happens here. We will come back soon.

Wonderful space in the heart of San Miniato. Walter was an excellent communicator and we appreciated the detailed information on parking and the generously stocked pantry & refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space and exploring the charming town.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

All was perfect! What I liked the most was the location. Close to the city center and the sea. You can arrive in some minutes by walk. Inside of the house was modern and clean. We enjoyed a lot!

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.
