Pasamos una estancia muy agradable en el alojamiento. Todo estaba limpio, bien cuidado y exactamente como se muestra en el anuncio. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. Recomendado!👍🏻

Le logement était parfait à notre arrivée, tout correspondait à la description, l’hôte était très réactif. Petit bémol, la rue est assez bruyante… Je recommande vivement cet appartement !! Merci Rafa et Ali 😊

Un fin de semana espectacular en familia, apartamento muy cómodo para viajar con niños, con todo lujo de detalles en el apartamento, muy limpio sabanas, baños y cocina, buen aislamiento del ruido y buena localización para el transporte público

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

The flat is in excellent condition and the pictures do not do it justice! The area is quiet and peaceful. Overall excellent stay and well worth the price!

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Logement spacieux, propre, climatisé indépendamment dans chaque chambre et dans le salon et très bien placé pour visiter Madrid. Communication facile et procédure d'arrivée bien expliquée avec des photos. Placé à 200m à pied d'un mercadona. Petit bémol par rapport à la taille des lits mais il semblerait que ce soit une particularité espagnole, les lits queen size faisaient plutôt 140 et 150cm de large. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste (pas de sel poivre huile, 3 dosettes de café pour 5 personnes pour 2 jours). Il y avait un sèche cheveux c'est appréciable.

El apartamento tal cual la descripción y todo muy prolijo. Jonathan muy atento y pendiente para lo que necesitáramos. La ubicación es excelente, con una muy amplia variedad de negocios y a 2 cuadras del metro, para llegar muy rápido a los principales puntos de interés.

Como siempre todo impecable y excelente comunicación con Olga. El barrio animado con muchas posibilidades para pasear por todo Madrid, buses, metro y parada de taxi al lado del portal.

Maria and Jorge's airbnb was exactly as described and very clean. Has a nice bathroom with a large shower (4 towels provided), dishwasher, oven, microwave, and clothes washer. The size is just enough room for 4 people especially if you are going to be out exploring all day! Comfy beds and good wifi as well. It was about 10 mins walk to metro and about 5 mins walk to nearby bus stations. They provided clear instructions on how to check in and out! We felt safe in the building as there is 2 locked doors you have to go through to get to the apartment. Would recommend!

Check in und Check out perfekt; sehr gute Kommunikation; Unterkunft wie beschrieben, sehr sauber; sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen; Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe; Preis-Leistung ist fair. Ich kann die Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
