Holiday rentals with a patio in San Pablo Etla

Me sentí como en casa, es tal cual como en las fotos, ya estando allí, se siente un ambiente muy cálido y acogedor. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio buenas indicaciones para ir a comprar y dónde comer. El lugar estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y organizado. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, en la noche está bien iluminado. En la calle de enfrente pasa el transporte público llamado Citybus en ambos sentidos y es súper económico el pasaje y te lleva al centro o también puedes tomar taxi. Me encantó, espero volver.

Si buscas una experiencia auténtica y enriquecedora en Oaxaca, Daniel es el anfitrión perfecto. Desde el primer momento, hizo que nuestro viaje cobrara vida, mostrándonos la ciudad de una manera que solo un verdadero local podría hacer. Nos recogió en el aeropuerto con una calidez increíble y, desde ahí, cada día fue una aventura perfectamente guiada. Daniel no solo nos llevó a los mejores restaurantes y mercados, sino que también nos mostró miradores impresionantes y rincones especiales que nunca hubiéramos descubierto por nuestra cuenta. Su conocimiento de la ciudad es impecable, y su habilidad para sincronizar cada experiencia – desde evitar las multitudes en el mercado hasta llegar al mejor punto justo a tiempo para el atardecer – hizo que todo fuera aún más especial. I’ve been to Oaxaca many times over the years & this is one of my favorite stays ever. I loved the neighborhood, full of art, character, and great eateries. I found it to be a lot quieter than the center. The space itself is ideal and super cozy for a solo traveler or a couple. Really friendly and helpful housekeepers and co-host, Angie. And meeting Cathey was a real treat. She is a true artist and you’ll feel like you’re in an artist’s home while there. She’s also very hospitable + friendly. I certainly recommend her home and look forward to returning!

Loved this place! It’s better than the photos. I love the set up with the little courtyard off of the upstairs bedroom. There are curtains to pull blocking out the light from the downstairs and upstairs window for sleeping. Very very walkable. When you open the door to leave the apartment the landscaping is beautiful.

What a wonderful place to stay in Oaxaca City (and my second time)! The studio is impeccably clean, cozy and thoughtfully and tastefully designed. I appreciated details such as a comfortable mattress, a full range of basic kitchen tools, and a hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom (details often missing in even mid range lodging in Mexico). I loved being in a typical neighborhood of local families and businesses, while still within walking distance of the historic center (about 25 minutes, depending on your pace). The studio is one of several behind a locked gate and the shared courtyard is pleasant, peaceful and secure. The high speed fiber optic wifi was excellent for my video conference work, without any issues. Anabell and Jorge were exceptional hosts- always prompt, thorough and helpful in communications, and warm, gracious, and friendly in all interactions! It is evident that they genuinely enjoy hosting, and take pride in the service that they offer. Highly recommended!

El departamento de Gabriela está de lujo, los cuartos muy bonitos, el baño muy limpio, la sala y cocina excelentes pude descansar como si estuviera en casa incluso mejor lastima que por temas técnicos no pude llegar más temprano para disfrutar mejor del lugar, pero está muy cerca de Oaxaca centro para poder disfrutar del lugar. le doy 10000 estrellas.

El lugar era increíble y él fue un anfitrión excelente y receptivo. Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía.

Excelente casa para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. La casa está totalmente equipada para la cantidad de personas que alojamiento. La alberca es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse y convivir al rededor de ella. La casa es muy cómoda.

We loved our stay at Jude’s house in San Felipe! Every room was beautifully designed and you could tell a lot of care went into the furnishings and decorating. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the peaceful garden and reading and napping in the hammock. We also fell in love with the cats! They gave us lots of love and entertainment watching them play together. The location was perfect- outside of all the hustle and noise of the city, but an easy 20 minute walk or very short cab ride into the center. Our favorite tlayuda place in Oaxaca was just down the street, as well as a grocery store and an excellent coffee shop and bakery. Jude’s communication was impecable, and she also gave us lots of great recommendations for where to go and what to do in Oaxaca. I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a spacious, comfortable, homey base from which to explore the city. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

fue una estancia agradable y reconfortante, la casa es cómoda y muy amplia. La privacidad de cada recámara fue perfecta. esta cerca de la carretera y cerca de la zona arqueológica de Atzompa y del mercado de Artesanías. Ideal para las familias y el trato de los anfitriones muy muy amable y accesible. A pesar de que tuvimos contratiempos con nuestra llegada y salida, ellos se mostraron muy accesibles y flexibles.

Un alojamiento que vale la pena por lo que pagas. La zona si bien no es muy cercana al centro ofrece rapidez en las avenidas principales. No es difícil llegar y la casa se encuentra en una zona segura. Tiene amenidades extras que a veces te hacen querer quedarte en la casa, excelente alojamiento.

el lugar es mejor de como se ve en las fotos, el perímetro del lugar no es lo mejor... pero funciona

Excelente atención de Jorge al estar pendiente de la hora de llegada y comunicación conmigo, así como por mensajes por Xochitl y Jose. EL lugar idéntico a las fotos, todo limpio y acogedor. Las recamaras no cuentan con TV solo en la sala de estar y eso me pareció muy bien para el descanso. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos fruta, refrescos, café para nosotros. Recomedable lo recomiendo y seguramente en próxima estancia familiar estaremos de regreso. El lugar no es céntrico y el trafico y calles cerradas en la ciudad no nos dieron el tiempo para poder disfrutarlo un poco mas ya que solo fue en las noches la estancia por los paseos que realizamos pero aun así es una buena opción para hospedarse. Nos sentimos como en casa. :)

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. I would return in the future as a guest. Thanks

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

Excelente ubicacion. Si te gusta caminar puedes. llegar al centro caminando. El departamento esta comodo con lo necesario para descansar. En mi proximo viaje a Oaxaca volvere a este lugar.

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.

Un Excelente lugar para quedarse unos días, accesible y la zona es muy tranquila. La habitación donde nos alojamos estuvo muy bien para una pareja con lo necesario para quedarse unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente, te contesta en todo momento y muy amable. Simplemente un lugar excelente para visitar Oaxaca y sus alrededores. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Estancia muy tranquila, cercano al Centro en coche y siempre muy pendiente Salvador. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron muy claras y nos sentimos seguros, siempre tuvimos agua caliente, Wifi y acceso a meter el coche. Sin duda cuando regresemos a Oaxaca nos volveríamos a quedar en Casa Nogui.

Excelente es la segunda vez que me quedo yo voy x trabajo y Sony siempre pendiente de lo que uno requiere , lo recomiendo mucho .
