We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very well located, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood where you can find the best restaurants and cafes and walk quietly at night (even for a solo traveler like me). In addition to having a super-equipped kitchen to prepare your food on a day you don't feel like going out or even making your own breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Azul and Nico are excellent hosts, they were super attentive with my late check-in and helped me with an extra cleaning, as I had a lot of days of accommodation. I highly recommend it for those who are going to visit Buenos Aires, you will be in the best region of the city. A big hug.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — very clean, well cared for and with a wonderful view that made all the difference in the experience. The house is super-equipped, with all the utensils and amenities I needed during the trip. You can see that everything was thought out with affection for the comfort of the guests. I would definitely return and recommend to those looking for a cozy, functional place with a breathtaking view! Super warm! The only point but that didn't get in the way is that the shower is low and my husband was tall, but it was nothing that got in the way.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my time there, everything was very comfortable, with a car it must be the best way to take advantage of it. Quiet but with quick access to the avenue. The only thing to mention is the lack of an electric kettle and the instability and slow speed of the internet. I had to use my mobile data and after 7 days I needed to buy extra gigabytes for stable use in work meetings and personal use on many occasions. I liked the rest a lot. There is a supermarket nearby, the Austral hospital is very close for any emergency (I had one, and it helped me a lot to be so close). Shopping is also nearby. The super relaxed and friendly service. The checkout gave me a flexible schedule of a few extra hours, which was very good for me to accommodate everything well before I left. Very happy, and with a little faster wifi (for remote work) if I get the chance again I'd love to take advantage of it.

FIVE STARS!! And if I could give Silvia more stars I would! I was in Buenos Aires from Chicago visiting my daughter who was there studying abroad. Silvia's place is conveniently located in Recoleta. It is very clean and fresh, with a nice kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a delightful balcony for sipping morning coffee. Silvia's communication is outstanding - she is very responsive and she also speaks English. She was also kind enough to let me check-in early on my arrival date and check-out late on my departure date. During my stay there was utility work going on in front of the building that caused the power to be intermittently shut off. Her communication before and during the power outages was excellent. She would text me updates that she gleaned from neighbors and the building engineer, and she also brought over a light and some snacks. This was my first international Airbnb experience and Silvia exceeded my expectations!

Alejandro was very helpful and always receptive! This place is absolutely beautiful and looks like the photos, if not better! The view is amazing and it has everything you need and more! I highly recommend Alejandro as a host and this beautiful place.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

What a great place to stay with an amazing location!

We had a lovely stay at Aude’s place. We felt right at home, though there is so much to do right outside the door. We loved the rooftop terrace and spent lots of time up there watching the sun and enjoying the beautiful weather. Highly, highly recommend this apartment. It was super safe and 4 minutes from plaza Serrano!

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

He explained everything and gave several indications about restaurants, places and observations of what could be dangerous in some places after a certain time. Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Great apartment, close to the subway station and several restaurants, quiet and easily accessible building, I recommend it.
