Great location for proximity to local beach and public transportation. Close by supermarkets and restaurants. Comfy and large sofa bed and lovely shower. Luca was quick to respond and provided a lovely place to stay and explore the area.

A perfect stay in Genoa! The apartment was beautiful. It was located in the heart of town and surrounded by historic sites. It was easy to walk to everything while also remarkably quiet. The street below is very busy but I couldn’t hear anything from inside and I slept amazingly well in the bedroom. I will be back when I need to return to Genoa!

A spacious apartment giving a great view of the city of Genova, just as described, although I wish I had brought my binoculars! Up on the ninth floor but served by two lifts and the building and surroundings were really well cared for and maintained, as was the apartment itself. Those views come from the fact that Genova is hilly and you do need to make use of local transport if you are not driving, the 36 and especially the little 374 bus will be very useful to you. Google maps doesn't always show you the best routes! Being sited in a residential area it is surprising quiet at night and I really had no trouble sleeping with the windows open. Recommended :-)

The apartment was very spacious, it matched the photos. It is worth arriving with some anticipation to get a parking lot, in case you go by vehicle. A few steps away, you have a beautiful view of Genovesa beach.

Had a great extended stay here. Andrea was a terrific host and I recommend the apartment highly. It was very comfortable and I loved the location. It was an easy commute to the historic center and Brignole and PIazza Princie train stations either on foot or by bus (the #20 passes frequently and just a few blocks away). One of the things I appreciated most was the spectacular food shopping nearby. Not only is there a great food market just behind the building, but there are also really good food vendors on the street. The apartment is also about a 10-minute walk to the Corso Italia, the promenade that runs along the sea. Grazie Andrea!

We loved the place. It felt like home. Tastefully decorated, elegantly refurbished. You are just 2 minutes walk from a nice beach with cute bars and restaurants. It is the ideal location to explore seaside from Genova Sturla train station. Everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely book again. Thank you Fabio

Spacious and clean apartment! About a 20 min walk from the train station. Host replies quickly! Area seemed safe and nice. Highly recommend Siculo gelato — under a 10 min walk away.

We stayed as a family at Simone’s apartment. Everything was prepared for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Reserved parking space is a definite plus. Walking distance to the sea shore. We would definitely choose this place if we go back to Genoa again.

Lovely apartment with glorious views and very large outdoor space. Old harbour with cafes and restaurants within walking distance as were supermarket and bakery. Lift available. Hosts Daniele and Benni very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Our first time in Italy, let alone Liguria, and Nervi was the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Easy train access to Genova and other towns along the coast. The home was amazing, especially the location with direct access to the sea. We alternated days of sightseeing with down time on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, and lounging. Also had quick access to the Passagiata Garibaldi, a beautiful walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea. This region of Italy seems overlooked for more glamorous locales. Our drive to the Piemonte wine region (Alba) was a highlight! This home and prime location in Nervi is a must.

The sea behind the house, the ease with which you can reach it and the well-organized spaces of the accommodation are not enough to describe the place. It is an immersive feeling in sea life that you experience, above all it represents the authenticity of Genoa: sincere in its strengths and weaknesses, however and always itself. Corrado's beautiful home is a part of his personality, which tells us about his experiences, his stories, always consistent and never trivial. It was a beautiful feeling. Have a good trip, Corrado. I think we'll see each other again.

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Really great accommodation in a pedestrian street and a top location. You have what you need nearby. A lot of traffic and vehicles from time to time that can take the street but not very inconvenient, you get used to it quickly. A big thank you for the kindness and responsiveness Erick and Zoe🤝☺️.

The apartment was really clean and looked exactly like on the photos. 15-20 minute walk to the center. Tetiana was great host and helped us with any question we had.

Wow!!! This was by far our favorite place to stay during our recent holiday. It was just like a perfect home for us. The place was beautiful, tasteful, peaceful, well located, we actually would love to leave in a place just like this one. It has tons of natural light too. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed being close to a bar, supermarket, the sweet lady at the focacceria and the close by bus stop. We would stay again in this place.
