非常好的房子，去哪里都很方便。附近很多spa店。管家回复很及时，热情主动。生活用品应有尽有，阿姨打扫也很及时。

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

The apartment and it’s facilities are amazing! Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Really beautiful place in Doi Saket. I stayed there for 3 weeks, and I’ll probably come back for a longer stay at some point. The place is peaceful and quiet, with stunning views over the rice fields. I’ll definitely miss those sunsets from the terrace. The house is super clean and very spacious. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable — it never failed. If you're looking for a place to focus on a project, this is definitely a great spot. It's also perfect if you just want to relax and disconnect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, just a short ride away, so it’s best if you have your own bike. Driving around the farmlands was always a pleasure. Special thanks to the host, who was always easy to communicate with. Overall, a great place for the price — especially for long-term stays. See you again at some point!

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Super ruhig, aber mit dem Roller war man schnell in der Stadt oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Das Tinyhouse hatte alles was man für 2 benötigt und man konnte wunderbar entspannen auf dem Grundstück, Hängematte oder Liegeplätze luden zum verweilen ein. Außer dem Geschnatter der Gänse hat niemand gestört. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an das gesamte Hang Tueng Farm Team für alles.

第一次来清迈，选择了姐姐家的房源！附近711和mini莲花超市很近！到老城区和宁曼那边都是大概二十分钟左右到车程，每天玩到晚上就直接回到安静的房源。房间设施很齐全，房东姐姐非常友善，就算很晚发消息也会回复，到达那天比较晚也出来迎接我们。谢谢在清迈给我和朋友家一样的感觉。

It's a nice and quiet area with 24 hour guard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the floor in ground floor were dirty. Host was very friendly and responded quickly. However, I was missing key information in initial message from host like wifi access. Overall a nice place to stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Staying at Nicha’s Airbnb was like stepping into a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a vibrant city. Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

距離尼曼一號很近，走路10分鐘內可以抵達餐廳咖啡廳，裝潢很新，浴室乾淨水壓足夠，冷氣、空氣清淨機讓室內環境很舒適，廚房廚具很完整，每兩天就會有清潔人員來打掃、更換毛巾。小缺點是浴室熱水器操作要熟悉一下，晚上10:00後只能由地下室進出路線昏暗，入住期間頂樓泳池不知道為什麼沒有開放。

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
