It is right in front of the beach (in the residencial area - more private and clean) & only a few mins away from the town. AC, hot water, cable tv, wifi & an electric generator in case the electricity goes down in San J. There is also a maid, a guard and a handy man at your service. It is fun! it has a pool with beautiful beach views! This house is only available on Airbnb and VRBO.

Great location with direct access to the beach, just 3 minutes walking! It’s a very cozy house, prepared for great hang outs between friends and family! Central pool with cascade, five rooms: two rooms with queen size bunk beds , one room with queen bed and two rooms with king bed. The house has four private parking spaces located at the back. We offer security guard by night by Oldemar as well as our cleaning lady named Karina, we offer one cleaning per day if agreed by client.
