Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

I really liked the apartment! They were always available and the location is very perfect. It's next to Don Júlio and Ciro Café. Super safe too. I had already stayed in other apartments in Buenos Aires and was always disappointed with the cleanliness! But the carola's apartment was really clean

I think Agustín is excellent, very attentive, he had an understanding at the check-in and check-out time, the apartment is very comfortable and clean what I was looking for, as if I was at home, there is everything around, I recommend that you go to buy at the supermarket that is close to the jumbo has everything and more economical, there is access to collectives by the Bullrich it is 2 blocks away so very good place,if you want to go to a nearby gym the Omnia fitness excellent price and comfortable

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Buenos Aires. The accommodations were excellent, and the hostess was always attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. We had a great time in the apartment of Cintia, who is a very attentive host. The depto itself has all the amenities, a very clean bathroom with very good water pressure. Especially we liked the large bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a comfortable bed. Also the kitchen has all the utilities for a longer stay. Nearby is a Hypermarket Carrefour and the shopping center of Vicente Lopez. But the most beautiful thing is the promenade of the coast and the children's park, which invites you to spend a summer day on the banks of the silver river. We'll be back with pleasure!

Excellent host, always available, with appropriate directions and good suggestions. He allowed us to check out later. Entering the property is very easy and the apartment was impeccable, as shown in the photos. It even had a station with coffee, tea and water available for when you arrive tired. I would definitely come back.

Cozy place and exactly as the photos. The apartment is ideal for a couple looking to be close to good restaurants, bars and subway to get to know the city of Buenos Aires. The access and exit was very smooth, the apartment is great and would be the first place I would think of booking when I return to Buenos Aires
