One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing, sunbathing or barbecuing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious and disposes a washing machine. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. Il nostro maso si trova a Longiarú, in un luogo tranquillo ed appartato in mezzo al verde, circondata da alberi e da un orto.
