The house is beautiful and everything worked perfectly. The country setting right in the foothills of the Andes mountains is breathtaking and we will really miss waking up to that vista every morning. The town of Tenjo is only 7km away and there you can find all of the shopping and restaurants that you will need during your stay. Carlos is very attentive to his guests and he checked in with us frequently. The really unique part of staying is this particular Air BNB is that the family that maintains the Finca for Carlos lives in the house right next door and this guarantees that you will always have people that really care about maximizing your experience available to you 24/7. My whole family stayed in this house for a full month....and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. You cannot find a better option in Tenjo.

A cozy space, it's like feeling at home, fully organized and a space to get out of the routine, the host was kind all the time and understanding from check-in to check-out. The lady who welcomed us was a sweetheart, and the house has everything to share and enjoy

The house is wonderful, the rooms are super comfortable, as are the bathrooms. There is light all over the house; the kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable to cook in it. The view is great, you can enjoy a sunrise or see the stars at night. There is an air of tranquility and good energy throughout the entire house. The house is really a self-sustaining building; solar energy and batteries are used for electrical consumption. Rainwater is used, and organic waste is used for compost. Vegetables and aromatics are organic. All the spaces were spotless and comfortable. The house is just nine (9) minutes from the village, which is very convenient. Mariana and Juan, excellent hosts, gave us very clear instructions and helped us with everything. And a plus: their dogs, Osa and Chia, are very affectionate and friendly. If you are looking to host yourself in a self-sustainable home that serves as inspiration, this is the place, 10/10.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment. Every time I have been thrilled with the apartment. It is a beautiful and unique apartment with high end furniture, comfortable bed, in a high-end neighborhood very close to Parque 93. Juan, thank you again.

Alba was a spectacular host. He was very kind when we got lost and helped us get there. The apartment was beautiful. We liked it very much. It has an excellent location, close to everything, good restaurants, Netflix, kitchen equipment... everything. The only thing is that the noise from the avenue was a little high due to the traffic. Great material when confirming the booking in regards how to use all amenities. Made a couple mistakes but Charlie was very understandable with outstanding fast replies to make sure the stay was as frictionless as possible. I also requested some local restaurant recommendations and thanks to him I had the best Italian food I had in many years! Thanks Charlie , Amazing host!

The property was beautiful! The hosts were so accommodating. I was traveling by myself and arrived at night. I’m a disabled woman and they assisted me with transportation from the airport right to the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s right in the heart of La Calendaria. There are tons of wonderful eateries and cafes, museums, and sidewalk vendors. Thank you so much for having me!

Marcsela’s apartment in La Candelaria is so charming and beautiful. It feels like stepping back in time and history. Its location could not have been any better. Everything I needed was conveniently located within a few minutes walk. The famous Bolívar Plaza, Museo Botero, Museo Bogotá, Museo Oro, Museo Esmeralda, and many other places of interest were nearby. Even the Monserrat’s cable car station is within a 30-40 minutes easy walk. I will definitely stay at Marcsela’s apartment when I go back to Bogota.

Amelia is a super host indeed. Incredibly responsive and communicative. We were probably a little demanding during our stay and Amelia went out of her way to meet our every request. The apartment is super, sufficient space for us as a couple for 5 nights, well located in a walkable area near shops and restaurants. The shower is spacious and the second half bath great to have as a couple! The doormen at the building are amazingly friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed staying here. There is some street and restaurant noise at night of course if you have the windows open, as Bogotá is a big and busy city, but that is only to be expected. It did not stop us from sleeping. Thank you Amelia for a wonderful stay, would definitely come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Andrés' home. The house was immaculate and perfectly suited for our group of six adults and two children. Accessing the area was relatively straightforward, though I highly recommend renting a vehicle for convenience. Andrés and Pilar were incredibly attentive hosts, always ensuring our needs were met. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, highly recommended in case of spending several days, the exteriors are beautiful, the hosts are very attentive and helpful, there are beautiful trails, being a house that has hosts, you can leave the house with peace of mind, we brought competition bikes, so it was safe to leave them at home. The house is located in a complex of more houses, with neighbors that increase security. The third bedroom is independent of the house, spacious and very comfortable. In our case it was perfect that it was so, I recommend that this be specified. There is a bathroom, the social one, which should be informed that it should not be used due to problems in the drain and plumbing, but the house has more bathrooms that do not prevent it from being used. The access road is quite steep, so there are two access options

The house is better than in the photos, it has everything you need to spend a good stay. It has a spectacular view. We stayed 8 people and we were very comfortable, Lucila and Milucho what are the people who welcomed us, they are very friendly and helpful. Recommended 100%.

I love this place. Such a beautiful and well-equipped house, would be great for groups. Fantastic office for working, everything in great condition and so many touches that make it like home. The neighborhood is fantastic and super walkable, security guards are great. And the host is incredibly friendly and helpful - greets you with coffee, beers and sofa in fridge and eggs and other food to get started. It is the house he grew up in and clearly takes a lot of pride in for good reason. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend.

The accommodation allows a few days of total disconnection, close to Bogotá and with easy access roads. The house is beautiful, spacious, comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is perfect for a few days of family sharing.

Juan Pablo and his Father were attentive and caring hosts. I had a large party and they accommodated us arriving late and aided in our transport to and from the house at odd hours. They always came to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable while providing activities for the kids to enjoy (Badminton, Soccer, Jacuzzi, Basketball). They were both extremely welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home on the property. We also had the help of two women who aided in preparing meals and cleaning the property daily. They were incredible and attended to our every need at any moment. They tirelessly worked to make sure we were fed throughout the day. The property is magical and photos don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset and the early morning. The plants, vegetation and wildlife add a vibrant life to the sprawling property. The beautiful experience of staying here was exactly what my family needed.

The house pictures are an initial showcase of what this wonderful property offers, you will think they fall short once you have spent the first hours inside the house and wandering the almost never ending exteriors. Botanical Garden! those were my wife words when choosing between another lovely property and this one. Arduous gardening work have been done to this property during several years, it shows! Water channels surround the house, protecting it from insects, offering freshness and the lovely sound of running water. Several garden areas, natural creeks and waterfalls combined with manmade ponds making you feel at an English garden in the middle of a Colombian montane forest. It was a fantastic experience, which was enhanced by the people taking care of the property. They were always attentive but aware of providing privacy when needed, always open for conversations and allowing the guests to feel at home. Volveremos!
