Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Wir waren zu viert da und es hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und luxuriös.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Antonio y su esposa nos hicieron sentir como en casa, son unos anfitriones espectaculares!, nos dieron toda la información para llegar a Venecia, donde comer, a donde ir y todas las sugerencias que un visitante puede necesitar. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades!, mis hijas quedaron enamoradas de las mascotas, (gatitos, tortugas, conejos) Sin duda alguna recomiendo el lugar y nos vamos super contentos de haberlos conocido y agradecidos que nos recibieran en su hogar. Es un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para una familia con niños.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sehr sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir, inkl unserem Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder dort wohnen. Es war einfach nur perfekt.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt zum Entspannen. Liegen am Pool immer vorhanden, sehr sauber. Wohnung war einfach ein Traum. Riesige Terrasse. Kaffeepads in großer Zahl vorhanden. Vielen lieben Dank für den Willkommensgruß. Eine Spülmaschine wäre der 6te Stern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

What a great place and a perfect location for a beach holiday with a city break just half an hour away. Basically 8-10 min walk and you were at a pristine beach (pricy but a free beach available just a few hundred meters further on). Or 10 mins walk and you are at the water-bus station where you can catch several different bus routes to Venice, Murano, Burano, the airport or further. We basically spent the mornings on the beach and the afternoon in Venice visiting all the sights. Sara had left all sorts of tips and guides to help plan the days. We hired bikes and cycled around Lido and sampled the recommended restaurants. The apartment was secure, safe, very clean, minimalistic but had everything we needed. Thank you so much Sara and Mateo we will be visiting again.

It was a great location near Rialto. Easy to walk to restaurants and to take the ferry to the train station.

Silvia’s place was peaceful and beautiful. Right in the heart of Venice we had a great time exploring the city and local food. Would definitely recommend for other small groups of friends!

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

Maddalena’s apartment in Venice is truly a gem! We found the location to be in a quieter area of Venice, while still being incredibly walkable to all the sites. Maddalena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. The cherry on top is the view from the balcony, which truly left us speechless. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wenn ihr mit dem Gedanken spielt, zum ersten Mal in Venedig zu sein und die Stadt erkunden wollt, dann bucht die Aqua Apartments. Nicht nur, weil das Team mit Claudio und Emanuela unglaublich gut erreichbar und freundlich ist, sie werden euch auch helfen, wenn es nicht um Restaurants und Sightseeing geht. Noch nie habe ich im Urlaub so viel Offenheit und Verständnis erlebt, sei es für die Kommunikation mit Wassertaxis oder bei einem gesundheitlichen Zwischenfall. Beide halfen mir so gut sie konnten und ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass sie so viel Mitgefühl mit ihren Gästen haben. Die Lage der Apartments ist super und alles ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, die Deckenhöhe ist gigantisch, das ist auf den Bildern kaum abzubilden. Wenn wir nochmal in Venedig sind, werden wir definitiv wieder bei euch buchen! Vielen vielen Dank! Auch danke dafür, dass ihr Hunden gegenüber so offen seid, unser Leo hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. This was a great experience. The apartment looks very much like the pictures. We slept great, quiet street, easy access, felt safe, perfectly working kitchen, bathrooms, etc. You can tell Marco takes care of the place and makes sure that everything is taken care for you. On top of all that, Marco was super responsive, very helpful with recommendations, advice about anything you might need, and frankly a hard worker who takes his role seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!
