aunque solo nos pudimos quedar una noche nos hemos sentido como en casa. Pudimos viajar con nuestra perra y Pablo, sabiendo que llegábamos tarde, nos hizo el sofá cama. La zona tranquilisima y rodeada de verde. Ojalá poder repetir pronto!

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

El apartamento es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, no le falta de nada, y Óscar está pendiente de cualquier cosa desde la llegada hasta la salida. Apartamento muy recomendable si quieres visitar Madrid pero quieres descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. ¡Y poder viajar con tu mascota lo hace inmejorable!

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Gorgeously designed interior space! It was brilliantly inspiring and inviting 💕💚🥰🌟 the location was perfect and a lovely walk to the botanical garden and museums - definitely recommend! ❣️

Alojamiento muy luminoso y cómodo. Ubicación tranquila y con parada del metro y supermercado cerca. Liuta muy amable y atenta con nosotros, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Fantástico todo. El apartamento precioso, cómodo, buenas vistas, muy luminoso y muy bien ubicado. Posibilidad de parking en el mismo edificio. Nos dieron facilidad tanto en el cheking y en el chekout. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes y me han respondido en todo de inmediato. Volveremos a repetir seguro. Enhorabuena !!

Nos hospedamos dos noches con mi novio y todo estuvo perfecto. El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y la atención de Claudia y Carlos fue muy buena. Está cerca del aeropuerto y de un shopping que tiene de todo, ideal para una parada en Madrid antes de viajar.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Städte Trip mit mehreren Personen. Etwas außerhalb aber top um in die Stadt zu kommen. Gerne wieder !! 👍🏽

Koko fue muy atenta en todo momento y siempre intentaba que estuviéramos lo mejor posible. La ubicación fantástica, hay un cercanías al lado y una parada de metro a 15 minutos. No tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar. Llegamos un poco antes de lo previsto y Koko fue muy atenta con nuestra llegada. El alojamiento era como en las fotos y todo está en el mismo espacio. En el baño, había tanto champú y mascarilla como gel. También había bastantes rollos de papel y estaba bastante limpio. En la cocina, había todos los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días. Y por último, en el salón el sofá cama y la cama estaban limpias. Por decir algo, yo añadiría unas fundas para las almohadas del sofá cama. En conclusión, hemos estado muy agusto.

Ha sido genial, trato excepcional y muy amable. El piso perfecto y cómodo, con muchos comercios cerca como centro comercial, mercadona, aldi,... Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!!

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description ! Propre , maison agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire , jardin niquel , piscine bien entretenue aussi : Parfait 👍 De toute façon s’il vous manque quelque chose , n’hésitez pas à demander , notre hôte a été très très réactif et bienveillant et très honnête ! Je vous recommande à 100% cette maison . Un grand merci !!!!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Isaac ha sido un anfitrión muy atento y servicial, que ofrece todo tipo de facilidades. Atocha, Lavapiés o la Latina están muy cerca, se puede ir paseando a los sitios más céntricos. Las mascotas son bienvenidas y, al estar a 5 minutos de Madrid Río, tanto mi perrito como yo disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Estaba todo impecable, no hay ruidos por la noche y existen todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda, pienso repetir en mi próxima visita a Madrid.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, próxima a estação de metrô (Uma caminhada de 10 minutos) está bem próxima do palácio real de Madrid. O apartamento é completo tem todos os itens para fazer um café da manhã e preparar pequenas refeições. O anfitrião deixou a nossa disposição cápsulas de café , açúcar e chá. Recomendo a todos essa acomodação.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Piso muy ordenado y limpio, bien conectado para ir al centro de la ciudad con el autobús. Lleno de servicios en el alrededor. Muy recomendable

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Marc’s! You could not ask for a better home base to embark on a Tapas crawl on one of Madrid’s iconic foodie streets. As the middle stop on our Spain trip, the washing machine for our clothes was a big bonus. And some lovely views of rooftops out of the kitchen / living area, too! As the upper floor of the building, the sloped ceiling in the bedroom is the only thing to be aware of. Didn’t bother us in the slightest and felt cozy. But just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Marc was also an excellent host with great, thorough communication.
