El apto es todo lo que muestra en las fotos 10/10. La playa del frente muy bonita y limpia. Lo unico malo es que no encontre restaurantes cercas, pero en lineas generales de la estadia estuvo muy bien.

Loved the spot and it was perfect for what my family and were looking for. The view is amazing every day, markets and different attractions are relatively close by. We had a great time enjoying the beach, pool and gym. Overall it was great!

I loved the placed so much that I booked it for the second time! I just felt so relaxed and had an amazing time. I was very happy! The apartment is wonderful, the area is super nice and the host is amazing! Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to renting again in the future.

Alex es una buena anfitriona, respuestas rápidas. El lugar, muy acogedor, práctico y se ajusto a lo que buscábamos. Excelente piscina y ambiente. Buen lugar para caminar en los alrededores, la playa a sólo unos cuantos minutos a pie. Buen internet en sitio para los que nos entretenemos con plataformas digitales.

Fue un alojamiento muy propicio para viaje de turismo, muy seguro, frente al mar, bien acondicionado para viajeros. La señora Trigidia es muy amable, estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante todo el tiempo de alojamiento

Excelente ubicación, excelente el lugar, eramos un grupo de 6 y la pasamos genial. Las piscinas son grandes y hay varias. La playa esta cerca. El apartamento es grande y esta completo, las habitaciones y baños son amplios. Todo funcionaba perfecto, los conserjes fueron muy amables y nos llevaron las bolsas en un carrito hasta el apartamento. Genial todo! Volveremos.

Pasamos unos dias increibles super relajados. El lugar es bien tranquilo y tiene muy lindos aminitis, el apartamento muy bien equipado y comodo. Definitivamente que volvería. Muchas gravias Michele

Excelente alojamiento para 5 personas, 2 adultos y 3 niños. Nos gustó mucho porque el apartamento estaba en nivel planta baja, y salíamos por la terraza hacia la piscina que nos quedaba a unos pasos. Área social muy completa. Jugamos bastante Ping pong! Muy recomendado a familia con niños o 2 parejas.

- nice place 2 bedroom with a queen and a set of bunk beds, electric cooktop, tabletop oven & microwave, coffee pot, medium size fridge, ocean view, hot shower in master bath, 42” TV, internet… - service employees were all very nice -mostly a weekend/vacation complex but even on the holiday weekend it wasn’t loud (more family oriented) -good amenities…very big pool! -short walk to the beach -laundry available on site $2 -food stand near entrance (good, affordable)

muy buen anfitrión, todo coincidía con las fotos, todo limpio y ordenado, me gusta mucho quedarme en este edificio ya que la playa esta al frente del mismo, hay tienda cerca donde comprar y también donde comprar comida si no se quiere cocinar. Lo único que añadiría seria un bbq pequeño para poder hacer asados en la playa.

El lugar es perfecto. El apartamento es super cómodo, y muy bien equipado. Fue una estadía maravillosa. Los anfitriones estuvieron siempre atentos a nuestras dudas y solicitudes. Sin duda volvería.

We stayed in this marvellous penthouse for 3 nights with my 2 sons and their young families. The penthouse was very clean, bright, spacious and even better than the pictures. The outside terrace and pool were wonderful with spectacular views. The host was very communicative and dealt with all my questions very efficiently and positively. It was a wonderful time in a very special apartment and nice secure complex with great ammenities and friendly staff.We would love to go back and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Elsy's place in Rio Mar. It was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the apartment is quite nice and we especially loved the views while sitting on the on the balcony. The Rio Mar community is well taken care of, peaceful and calm, and relaxing. The people there are also quite friendly. Elsy is also super responsive and proactive with details. We hope to return again one day.

The Condo was nice, but floors, bathrooms and some wall stains weren't cleaned to normal standards. Now for the good. The grill was great. Furniture was in good shape. Armando got us a second key promptly when we asked. Armando did a great job getting technicians to repair the AC. The Condo was nice (but we would have preferred to be in Nueva Gorgona.

I've stayed in may 8 places in Vista Mar... best views, best decor of all in 14A. Very spacious and great outdoor terraces toooo

Apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived, I think it just got overlooked, but she got someone there very quickly and had the whole place cleaned while we went out for a couple hours! Very responsive, very helpful, beautiful place and HIGHLY recommend anyone staying here!

El apartamento es súper completo, moderno y muy equipado. La terraza es increíble y los cuartos muy cómodos. Disfrutamos muchísimo y seguro volveremos. Check in súper fácil y rápido.

Great place. quiet and relaxing. secured gate. Staff amd residents were very friendly. Kitchen was a little sparse for necessary items like pots and pans. had to purchase a few things. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding provided. no towels. the small grill outside wouldn't regulate the cannister for the propane so we only used twice. The microwave stopped working after a power outage so we u plugged it to be safe. Itwas a pleasant surprise to see a working washing machine. The host was very responsive. enjoyed our stay very much.
