Great spot. Clean place with a nice heated pool. Everything was in working order and the charcoal grill is a nice touch. Marisol is always available to answer any questions in a timely fashion.

Excelente comunicación con Mario, resolvieron con prontitud unas dudas, muy atento y buen anfitrión a la llegada, además muy recomendable la casa.

Muy buen lugar si planeas pasar los fías en las playas o buceando.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was kind and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Nos quedamos dos noches y tres días. Encontramos el condominio muy limpio y muy completo. Nos encantó la cantidad de vasos, utensilios, y otros artículos de cocina que tenían. Nosotros sí regresaremos y sí la recomendamos a cualquiera.

Adorable home, plenty of beds with extra blankets. Close to activities but also very private and secure. Definitely will be booking this home again.

We've stayed in many properties in Condominios Pilar for nearly 30 years. This condo was one of our favorites. It's in the northernmost corner of the Pilar property, so its a little further walk to the pool or main office, but it's very conveniently located to the parking area. This made the unloading and loading in the summer heat and humidity (the worst part of our annual vacation) very easy. The gated porch was ideal for managing our small dog and my toddler during the daily excursions to and from the beach. Everything indoors is well maintained and functions well. Lynn was very responsive throughout our stay. The water went out the morning after we arrived and I messaged Lynn - we quickly found out many condos were impacted and she was able to inform us that the property was managing an issue with the generators and that it was going to be resolved shortly. Her attentiveness and clearly positive relationship with Pilar brings a great peace of mind. Look forward to renting again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was just right for our stay in San Carlos. The view from the house was amazing, the pool was warm and really great. Everything was perfect! Thank you for the stay!

Had a lot of fun with my family peaceful place to say love the community pool and loved how I had a small pool for my kids. Kids had a lot of fun and so did the adults.

Tim’s place was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved having direct access to the water — it was ideal for paddle boarding and even a bit of fishing. The space had a laid-back, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Tim was an great host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

La casa se ubica en uno de los mejores fraccionamientos de San Carlos. No da a la playa, pero tiene una ubicación extraordinaria para descansar. El fraccionamiento es nuevo y en desarrollo. Los vecinos son extraordinarios. Restaurantes y súper te quedan a máximo 10 minutos. Ideal para grupos o familias. Cero ruido, es tu casa fuera de casa. De 10

Estuvimos este fin de semana ahí toda la familia quedó encantada, es mucho mejor que en las fotos, muy bien equipada( tiene los trastes y herramientas suficientes para cocinar incluso hacer carne asada) , y muy limpia. En una zona tranquila y segura, disfrutamos mucho la alberca y cada zona de la casa muy espaciosa , camas y ropa de cama muy cómoda y limpia. Fácil acceso, el anfitrión en todo momento estuvo al pendiente, incluso llegamos antes de tiempo a San Carlos y nos facilitó el acceso para que no estuviéramos en el carro esperando, se portaron amables tanto el anfitrión como el personal de la caseta de guardias. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos ahí. Muy recomendada

Exelente ubicación el lugar cómodo y limpio las camas super cómodas cerca de todo playa justo enfrente tal y como se describe volvería con gusto el único problema que tuve fue con el estacionamiento era compartido con otro departamento y me tocó estacionar atrás de otro carro hay opciones afuera en la calle pero era semana Santa y fue imposible encontrar algo así que tuvimos que estar moviendo los carros cada que queríamos salir aparte de eso todo estuvo bastante bien 👍
