What a lovely house! In particular we enjoyed the expansive and fully-fenced outdoor space with our doggos and kiddos - pictures don't really quite do it justice. The pool house worked as a separate nest for the teenagers, while adults used the two bedrooms in the main building. Location is pretty perfect, with just a 5min drive to Sonoma downtown and easy access to main roads. Our host was extremely communicative, and even helped return an item we forgot at the house promptly and without delay. Hope to visit again!

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-equipped home in Sonoma! The house had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was a definite highlight—clean, warm pool and a beautiful area to relax in. Check-in was super easy, and the door code worked without any issues. The location was perfect for our trip—we used a local driving service to take us to wineries in Napa, which worked out really well. A few small things to note: the beds weren’t the most comfortable, and one of the twin beds was pretty squeaky. We also would’ve appreciated more towels since there were four of us. The en-suite shower could use some attention—it’s older and came across a bit dingy. Overall, it was a solid stay and we’d definitely consider coming back!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Sonoma and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel special—fresh flowers, local wine, and cozy spots to relax after wine tasting all day. The setting was peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay completely stress-free. This place truly made our honeymoon unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

This home is perfect. Decor, comfort, location all ideal. And host was very helpful. The area is amazing - outdoor activities, great restaurants and shops. The backyard has lots of space and great for enjoying the weather.

This little treehouse cottage was a fantastic stay, and a beautiful home! Everything was clean, and it had a cozy bed, great water pressure, and dedicated parking; all huge benefits. Not a bad drive into San Francisco. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was so wonderful in the Treehouse! We will be back - we had wonderful family time with two grown kids (following our son's college graduation!). We love Marin County and the scenery, hiking, towns, food, sunshine was restorative. Truly, though, the house was the star - cozy but plenty of room, beautifully appointed and decorated, amazing location and views, walk to town and trails with expansive views ... we can't wait to be there again! Located in a beautiful valley in the heart of West Marin lies Cow Track Ranch - a working cattle farm that’s in amongst the most beautiful scenery imaginable. The property is located 1.25 miles down an unpaved road which incidentally makes a great road for a jog or walk. The farm dogs are friendly. It’s very dark and quiet at night which is much appreciated. Recommendation to bring the food and drinks you need as there’s no grocery/restaurant immediately nearby. The property is well positioned between Novato, Petaluma, and Point Reyes. We loved every minute of our time on the ranch and look forward to our next stay!

Wow - we had an amazing stay and loved Job's beautiful home. The photos barely capture the incredible views. 180 degrees views of Mt. Tam all the way down to the Bay - truly on top of world. Pool was bigger than expected, warm water, great covered porch, VERY nice pool house/bedroom & bath. All beds were super comfortable, everything sparkling clean and living room was such a great and comfy area to watch movies or just look at the view with a good book. Kitchen is outfitted (and labeled) with everything you need. Very close to San Anslemo downtown - which is filled with great lunch spots, coffee shops. So much to do in Marin and this is centrally located (note a steep driveway but we had no issues.) Can't think of a single improvement Job could make. I left something behind and he responded that day that he would ship back to me. One of our most favorite Airbnbs ever. THANK YOU!

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Jewel on the Avenue!! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for a group get away. It’s also perfectly located near downtown. We were initially using San Anselmo as a home base to visit a couple places around the area but we ended up spending a good amount of time downtown. San Anselmo is so lovely!! We will definitely be back. Thank you thank you to our wonderful hosts Geri & Laura!!!

Many livable spaces for two people, 2 living rooms with tv, outside little deck looking over the trees, well stocked, great location near the Civic Center for events, close to downtown San Rafael, and easy short distance on and off the 101. Quite neighborhood, hardly any cars. Would highly recommend and I have stayed in a few Air B n B's in Marin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week plus stay at Christina's house which was perfectly located to enjoy our time in the Bay Area. The description matched our experience and Christina was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was also a thorough guest book that really helped our planning since we brought our dog on this adventure. Finally, the nice deck and yard access was great for outdoor relaxing and letting the dog get some fresh air. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area and strongly recommend this option to others.

We had an amazing stay at Casita Casita, the kids had so much fun in the pool and the kitchen was beautiful. On the last day, my six year old didn’t want to leave, she said she wished we could live there forever. It was super clean and when I did have a question, Courtney replied almost immediately. She was super great to work with, she sent us the house guide before our arrival and it included food recommendations. There was also a book printed guide which we actually referenced a lot! So that was helpful. The location is EXTREMELY walkable, we had fun walking to local shops and restaurants and the local park and bocci ball court.

This was a fabulous place and just perfect for us. The kitchen was great, we did some entertaining with our California relatives while we were there, had all the utensils, pots, pans, grills, platters we needed. Beautiful deck and outside area, great for morning coffee and evening Yahtzee; lovely plantings that made it feel even more secluded, we loved the hot tub, the beds were really comfortable, completely clean, the host was wonderfully responsive, the street was nice and quiet but also very easy to get to. I 100% recommend, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for giving us such a lovely California home for a week!

My daughter and her husband stayed there for a family visit. They found it warm and cozy. WiFi was very fast, and all the instructions were clear. We will stay there again!

Carol’s place was the perfect home base to stay during our son’s wedding weekend. We loved having a relaxing place to come back to. Carol was very kind and responsive to any questions I had. I hope I can come back.

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

very quiet with beautiful view. hosts were very responsive. place is very clean with modern appliances in working order , washer and dryer are very efficient and quiet. I have back pain and the bed is very comfortable. it is easy and safe to park on the property.
