Good location, developed infrastructure in the area, a lot of different services and services it is convenient. Easy access to major motorways, although traffic can be difficult in the evening. There is a car park which is also very convenient. The flat itself has everything you need, overall it's a great place for the money.

Great amenities, 7 11 and local shops. Very responsive, and the place is a great size.

It was recommended to stay near Mahidol University, so I took my kids here to stay for the Open House. Easy to get around. The room looked safe and there was quite a lot of parking. The service was good. It came from late night. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. I was very impressed. I will recommend you to tell me the room for a good price. Thank you.

Although if you have a motorbike or car it’s fine. But otherwise great. Good value if you don’t mind being away from city center.

I had a great stay at Diow’s apartment. The place is very tidy and exceptionally clean. I really liked the apartment and the furniture—everything is thoughtfully arranged, combining elegance with functionality. Diow clearly pays attention to detail, making sure every space is well-utilized and inviting. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. The area is lively and full of shops and stores, making it convenient for daily needs. There’s also a nearby subway station, which adds to the accessibility, even though I didn’t personally use it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stylish stay!

This is such a beautiful and cozy place to stay!! The owner and all the staff are very helpful and welcoming, especially to my kids. They are so kindhearted and friendly that we didn’t want to leave!! Their breakfast was SUPER good! Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing 3-day stay at this apartment in Bangkok! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything, with great local restaurants just across the street and around the corner. There’s even an excellent all-you-can-eat seafood place just diagonally across from the building — highly recommended! The metro station is very close by, making it super convenient to explore other parts of the city. The apartment itself was fantastic: clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and although the space isn't huge, it feels very well laid out and spacious enough for any tourist. It truly had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with — a big plus! Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. The little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and even a welcome snack made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and cozy atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

This pleasant and spacious accommodation has a terrace on the second floor as well as a laundry room. There are stores nearby, and access is easy on foot or by Grab. However, the main drawback remains the long stairs in the building, especially for those with heavy suitcases.

Enjoyed our stay here. Jane was super communicative and responsive. The place was decorated very well with many unique touches. Appreciated the various lighting options. It was clean and WiFi was excellent. Great balcony view and good location. The one downside for us was the pigeons calling the balcony their second home. The AC compressor is also outside right by where they do their business, so the AC air coming in is a bit stale and not very fresh. There’s a good air purifier inside which helps but something to consider if you’re sensitive.

Stayed for 5 nights, perfect for a group. 2 toilets and very beautiful and spacious apartment . The facility had a gym and a sky infinity pool as well which made lazy days enjoyable. In terms of convenience, it is a 200m walk away from the train station which got us to many places throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again.

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

The location was so close to the subway station, and the house was so clean that I didn't see a single bug. The pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!

Khun Pu was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her. The location was perfect just a min from the BTS and also a near by market. Will stay here again in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay here, it was super clean, great location and great amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back. Note - There are quite a few stairs to walk up so might struggle for elderly or people with disabilities.
