Spacious room in a family house, ambient temperature with heating and AC available, small kitchen also available. Even though I felt completely safe it should be mentioned that the room was not lockable. Everything perfectly clean, very welcoming host, location very convenient if you arrive by train, city centre about 1 km, supermarket directly across the road.

Отличное место чтобы отключиться от суеты и городских дел. Вокруг виноградники и вино! Очень гостеприимная и добрая хозяйка. В доме уютная веранда, есть парковка. Отдохнули и выспались! Спасибо!

Great place to stay a few days. Rooms are spacious although it can be noisy at night due to its location.

Лука очень быстро отвечал на наши сообщения, комната была чистая и тёплая. Семья Луки очень добрые и уютные! У Мамы Луки можно купить очень очень вкусную сванскую соль. Особенно хочется отметить вид из окна! Это просто нечто!

Great host and a fun camp style hostel with wonderful views. Typical beds for the area but very nice bathrooms and nice shared kitchen with common fridge and stove top. It was difficult to locate at first. To get there walk down main street out of town until you pass Woodstock resturant on the left. Head down the hill and walk another 1/3 or so of a mile and turn left onto the fist paved road you come upon. Walk up the hill and take a left again onto a dirt road. Taco's is house #10 on the left about 3 houses up.

We lived as Kings and Queens in Ramazi's house. Ramazi's son told us a lot about Georgia and Kutaisi (in english). Very nice bathroom. Large livingroom with piano. Everything perfectly clean.

Останавливались на несколько дней с собакой. Дом превзошел все ожидания, в жизни даже лучше чем на фото! Прекрасная веранда, чудесный сад🙌🏽 Вокруг очень тихо. Недалеко есть продуктовый магазин. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и приветливая. Рекомендую этот дом на все 100%

Anna ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, alle Angaben stimmten, es war eine sehr gepflegte gut durchdachte und zusätzlich ruhige Lage. wir haben uns doch sehr wohlgeführt und würden direkt wieder buchen. Um die Wohnung aufzufinden ist der Standpunkt richtig angezeigt, allerdings die angegebene Adresse wird von keinem Taxifahrer gefunden. Dem Taxifahrer oder dem Navi unbedingt sagen Straße: Tsereteli 160 diese Nummer ist für alle auffindbar und genau gegenüber von der Nummer 160 geht die Seitenstraße zu dieser Unterkunft rein.

The owner Bagrat and his family are lovely people, welcome guests, the house is comfortable, spacious, great location. There is a place for a car. I am very glad that I stayed in Bagrat's house and thank him for his hospitality.

The nicest people! They made a delicious diner and breakfast for us, we recommend the place!

Nino s house is located in a very quiet district of Koutaisi on the heights of thé city less than 10 minutes from the centre. The house is very nice and the bedroom spacious. On top of that Nino is an outstanding hostess making your stay an unforgetable moment. One if thé best Rb& b we ever had that we strongly recommend.

Good place, nice host

Very hospitable family, it was really great to get acquainted with them! Very nice and clean room, it looks exactly the same as on photo! The area is quiet, there were no issues while sleeping with open windows. At the same time it is quite close to the center. There are mini market and bakeries just 50 meters away where you can buy some food.

The property is located right in the centre of Mestia, no more than a five-minute walk from restaurants and supermarkets. You’ll have your own bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as access to a shared living room and kitchen with all necessary utilities. The house has a cosy, fun ski/snowboard-themed design and we really enjoyed staying there. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for three people in the room; it wasn't too small. The house also has a small backyard with a table, which was a really nice place to spend the evening. David was a friendly and welcoming host who answered our questions and messages very quickly. If you're lucky, you might also meet his very charming cat, Totoro (=^･ω･^=) I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are travelling in a group of three.

Our Stay was short but beautiful! We start our Mestia-Ushguli trip from Vazhas House and could park our car there save for some days. We arrive very late in the evening and her aunt Tina was very hospitable and helpful. We also order a very tasteful Home-Wine and a delicious breakfast. Thanks a lot! Franziska and Stefan from Germany
