Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

Провела в доме неделю, всё соответствовало описанию. Условия простые, но есть всё необходимое: чисто, свежее постельное, обогреватель и тёплые одеяла (что спасало в дождливую апрельскую погоду). Аутентичная грузинская дача с уютным двором и летней кухней. До ближайших достопримечательностей — каньона, горячих источников, реки и крепости — можно добраться пешком. Рядом есть небольшие деревенские магазины. До города можно доехать на такси или маршрутке. В доме новый санузел и теплая вода. Хозяева были на связи и помогли с трансфером из Сенаки.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

замечательный, коттедж, есть все необходимое стиральная машинка, душ, горячая вода, очень комфортные спальные места, чистое постельное белье, замечательное месторасположение. отзывчивые и добрые хозяева!

Прибыли в 22:30, хозяйка нас ждала, объяснила, как доехать, была все время на связи, отвечала очень быстро на все вопросы. дом великолепный, ( с наружи дом в процессе стройки( достраивается 2 и 3 этаж, но это не мешает, дом внутри прекрасен) в доме 2 спальни: 1 спалня- 1 двухспальная кровать, комната очень просторна. 2 спальня- 3 односпальные кровати. большая гостиная соедененая с кухней. в гостиной ( очень большая и уютная) есть 2 дивана на которых также можно спать. ( нас было 6 человек и все разместились с комфортом) кухня оборудована всем необходимым. большая территория. открывается шикарный вид на горы, великолепный воздух. дом находиться на окраине Местии, если вы как и мы ищите тишину и покой то этот дом для вас. насладиться тишиной, воздухом, природой то вам сюда. большое спасибо хозяйки за все... в следующий раз в Местии только у вас😘

I stayed at Rusudan's place with friends when attending a film festival in Poti. The place was very tidy, and quite spacious. It is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). The bedroom overlooks at the port that is busy during day and night. There might be a slight noise coming in from the port, but I was not disturbed, on contrary I really enjoyed, but my friend had to use earplugs. Rusudan has been very communicative and it was easy to check in and check out. I really enjoyed my stay.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

We really enjoyed the stay at Duska’s place. It is a quiet and peaceful home with a garden. It have a nice patio into the garden which we enjoyed spending time in. Duska also owns a dog Myo who is very friendly and playful who kept entertaining us🙂 Duska and her family were very helpful and gave us extra heater, bc that one in the room didn’t work, and also did our laundry. Few cons, there was musty smell in the room which got better in a few days after we aired it out, and no oven.

Мы очень рады этой гостеприимной семье. Нам разрешили заселиться раньше времени, т. к. наш самолёт прилетал в 4 утра. Хозяин уточнял, всё ли нас устраивает, имеются ли пожелания. С нами душевно общались, угощали яблоками, вином. В номере чисто и уютно. Имеется кондиционер, зеркала, тумбочки. В комнате отдельный санузел, полотенца, мыло. Есть общая гостиная с холодильником, чайником, чаем. Место тихое, красивое. Недалеко от храма Баграти. Именно такое уютное место мы и искали. Если вы тоже ищете такое-вам точно сюда. We had a great staycation and leisure experience thanks to Muradi's personal care and advises. The app shows prices for the 1 of 7 brand new and well furnished room available, not for the entire house. My family had a great memories here, I enjoyed chatting with Muradi in person, and was amazed how strong his effort to improve the guest's experience for each and every visitor. Muradi offers great Georgian food experience, he cooks mouthwatering dishes and made his very own, delicious white, red, black wine. His house fitted with beautiful furniture, AC, have few well equipped cooking spots and dinner tables. Have a stylish backyard. And in case you prefer a true Georgian party, feel free to sound! You'll meet local musitians and dancers! Location is perfect - the forest and a village views, small river with canyon, waterfall and swimming option just 10 minutes drive away. The guesthouse itself located 7 minutes away from the city. Petrol station and market is on the way too. Highly recommended this place to visit!

The coordinates are not the same as the actual location place. The accommodation has 4 beds 3.5 feet, 2 more sofas bed and 2 more mattresses. There is 1 bathroom but the water flows quite slowly. On the first floor, there is a wood stove heater that needs to be refilled every half hour. So the first floor It may not be suitable for sleeping in the winter. It is far from the city. There are no convenience stores nearby. However, the view of the accommodation area is very beautiful and private.

Mestia’ya çok yakın, tertemiz ve çok güzel bir ev. Dizaynı çok hoşumuza gitti. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Ev sahibine ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und ein super Restaurant (Sanapiro) ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Man sollte wissen, dass man das Haus nicht komplett für sich alleine hat, es hat so viele Zimmer, dass auch andere Personen dort übernachten. Desweiteren wohnt die Gastgeberin unten bei Küche und Wohnzimmer. Dazu muss man aber sagen: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location, right in the centre of town square. Great bakery across the road and very easy access to all major restaurants and shops in town. Slightly noisy during peak times as can be expected. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!
