Very nice place with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious main living area. The air conditioning works perfectly, the internet connection is fast and stable, and the large TV is great for relaxing. The balcony offers a pleasant view of the golf course—surprisingly entertaining and peaceful! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with Pakuwon Mall nearby for shopping and dining, and an Alfa Mart conveniently located on the ground floor for quick essentials. Communication with the host was fast and very pleasant. Full recommendation for this place—highly satisfied!

bersih, nyaman, rapi dan pemiliknya Pak Agus sangat Ramah & Friendly. AC 3 berfungsi baik smua. Tempat tidur bersih rapi bantalnya juga bersih empuk. Kamar Mandi bersih. Dapur lengkap peralatan masak dan alat makan. Disekitar banyak makanan dan mart. Recommended 😊

The host, fadi, is always a great help to guests who are not able to speak Indonesian with quick response and friendly guidance. If there is a problem, the host tries to solve it first. The location of the accommodation is the best place to walk around the pakuwon city mall, especially the swimming pool was really good. During my stay for 1 month, I received a lot of help from the host.

it's a great place you can feel at home and Budi is amazing we were going to arrive all 1:30 am but our train stopped for one hour and a half and he wait for us until we arrived (3:30 am) he was so kind waiting for us. thanks so much Budi!!

Tempat yg terjangkau akses langsung ke Mall pakuwon. Agak sedikit sulit untuk cara chekin karna disini apartemen. Harus mengambil kunci di boxmail terpisah, Minta bantuan orang untuk membuka pintu.

Lokasi apartemen ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan mall dan tempat makan, harga yang diberikan juga menarik, selain itu, pemilik juga sangat ramah dan memberikan service yang baik. Meskipun apartemen ini cukup tua, tp unit yg saya tempati sangat terawat, nyaman dan tenang untuk ditinggali.

The property location is great. Its located right behind ciputra world mall. The facilities on the property is great they got pools, lounge and more.

Rumahnya luas, halamannya juga luas, dapur dan kamar mandi bersih, kamar tidur oke, cukup untuk 10orang, furniture rumah model lama but its okey, overall stay here is good deal, Thankyouuu
