Lokasi berada di atas pakuwon mall jadi untuk hiburan ini sangat cocok jika staycation di Surabaya. Tapi untuk check in dan check out sedikt melelahkan karena harus masuk ke dalam mall terlebih dahulu. Water heater berfungsi dg baik, tv kabel tersedia, kasur hanya ada 1 namun disediakan kasur lipat di dalam lemari. Bisa membuat air panas. Ukuran kamar tidak terlalu luas namun cukup untuk yg punya anak kecil. Pemandangan sangat bagus di malam hari.

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk tinggal di Surabaya jika pergi bersama- sama dengan keluarga/ teman. Lingkungan tenang, bersih, ada fasilitas kolam renang, gym, dekat ke pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat makan. Untuk ruangannya sendiri sangat nyaman dan memuaskan.. simple, cozy, and clean.. My stay was very nice . The place was good and location of the apartment was wonderful. Indah is a very helpful and nice person and the communication with her was always smooth. If I ever go back to Surabaya , this is the place for me to. I definitely recommend this place .

Das war die beste Unterkunft in der ich je war, und HahaStay waren mit absolut die besten Hosts, die ich je erlebt habe auf dieser App. So unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie haben ganz von alleine auf Dinge aufmerksam gemacht oder mir Vorschläge gemacht, bevor ich überhaupt etwas gesagt habe. Zum Beispiel habe ich ein Fehler beim Datum des Check ins gemacht und sie haben sich ganz von alleine im das Problem gekümmert, ohne das ich was sagen musste. Unglaublich fair und korrekt. Die Unterkunft selbst war soo toll, besonders die Aussicht nachts auf das Panorama der Stadt - Wahnsinn. Und das Gebäude selbst, die Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Unternehmen (Wenn man in die 3. Etage fährt ist man sofort in der Ciputra World Mall), die Sportanlage (Gym und Schwimmbad immer bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), Zimmer tip-top und sehr sicher, das gesamte Personal soooo unglaublich freundlich, mir wurde sogar ein Laptop ausgeliehen, als ich einen brauchte. Könnte noch weiter schreiben, wie toll es war.

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, access to the apartment is quite private with an interesting view from the 25th floor, easy to find but need extra time to walk to the mall because you have to make a little detour to get there

Tempatnya bersih, luas, ada air mineral galon, ada balkon, bikin anak2 saya betah dan mau menginap disana lagi, thx

area nya dekat sama shopping mall, kemana-mana tinggal turun aja. akses Parkiran juga gampang, terkoneksi dengan mall. kolam renang nya enak juga, ada air hangat nya. kamar nya kedap, suara dari luar tidak terlalu terdengar.
