the place is the perfect break from Bangkok in a very private and cozy environnement. the villa is just amazing...nothing to say. perfect with family and babies

The Villa has many pluses including hot water in all the showers and good pressure, and ac and comfortable beds in every room. It is quiet, the beach is close, and it has a nice private pool. It's close to different restaurants and a mini Mart down the way. There is a tennis court in the back if you bring your own tennis balls and rackets. There is also a kitchen if you need to cook. Some downsides are that there is maintenance needed on the building and appliances within. Some either do not work or work slowly. However, the owner was very nice and the maids very helpful and accommodating.

What can I say ... it happened again! We were enchanted once more & it was a great pleasure to return to this wonderful location! Coming to a familiar house, feeling welcomed & simply letting go – it happens here in the most beautiful way! We are very grateful to have booked Cecilie’s house again, and yes, I admit it – we will be back!

Had a great stay, will is modern and clean. We were there with young kids too, swimming pool is really big and very pleasant. We had several barbecue dinners in the garden, all amenities are provided and are in good condition. The villa is 3 min away from the beach and the main road where you can find cafes too. Overall, great experience and would come back.

We had a great stay at Villa Margot. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway from Bangkok. We came with friends and our kids, and the house had everything we needed—plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden for the kids to play in. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance, which made things easy. The layout of the house gave everyone enough privacy, and the kids could nap undisturbed while the rest of us enjoyed the day. Peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to unwind.

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

That was an absolutely perfect stay. After a year of living in Thailand, I'm used to great service but Oy and Ted go above and beyond. The villa is stunning, in a beautiful setting and close to the beach, national park, 7/11, and cafes/restaurants. Inside, the villa is beautiful and Oy had prepared everything we could have possibly needed and more. She was so lovely to my daughter and dog and made us feel so comfortable, always willing to help and even ringing the national park on our behalf. We loved the villa so much, we found we were itching to get back to it when we were on the beach! Thank you Oy and Ted for the perfect break, we cannot wait to come back!

These villas are magnificent, perfect for getting away from it all. The views are gorgeous and the villas themselves are extremely well appointed.

Sivana Hideaway Pool Villa was a magnificent stay. The home is lovely, just as pictured, spacious and the pool was amazing! The location is private but you can still order on Grab and Bolt. The customer service was great! The seclusion, home and pool were a perfect getaway!

It’s a lovely home, very comfortable and a lot of space for big family! The host was responsive when I have questions about WiFi and google map. The house is close to the beach, only 20 meters. The beach is quite clean and quiet in the morning. My family and I love our morning walk on the beach. I highly recommend Tanapat’s place if you are looking for a comfortable home in a quiet location in Hua Hin. Thank you very much.

Lovely house on the beautiful beach & great location. We were 10 staying in for a week. We love the hospitality of the owner & the helpful, polite & very kind cleaning lady who assisted for whatever we need such as ordering delicious foods from the restaurants in the neighborhood, finding the transports etc. This place really makes us feel like home.

The villa was perfect for our group. Plenty of space to hangout, good separation from the neighboring properties, but still close enough to the city for easy delivery. The manager was flexible with checkin and made everything easy and smooth.

We really enjoyed our week. The villa was perfect for a family of 12 and in a great location. Both the indoor and outdoor tables can seat 12. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen. The on- site caretakers were very helpful and friendly too. They brought us Thai street food for breakfast every morning. In walking distance is a fishing village offering fantastic fresh seafood, a lovely cafe, home made burger joint, a few simple Thai restaurants with great food and a massage parlour. The Hua Hin night market was a short ride by local taxi.

Lyn is a very nice and friendly person. She response to my messages really fast. Her place is very new and looks exactly in the photos. The rooms are very spacious and clean and all of my friends enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice getaway place for big gathering with family and friends. The location is really good as well. It is very near to a 7-11 and some nice chill out bars. I highly recommend Lyn's place and will look forward to going back again in the future.

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

Very accommodating - also helped me with my parcel delivery concerns which is beyond the duties of a host. Just wonderful all around. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Vi havde 4 SKØNNE dage i dette fantastiske smukke skønne hus med en verdens klasse udsigt 😉 Jeg spiller selv golf og Eva hjælp mig med 50 % på greenfee. Fantastisk smuk bane. Min familie kunne følge med fra den skønne pavillon da jeg kom til hul 8. Alt i alt et super skønt hus med en MEGET smuk, skøn pool 👍 En fornøjelse at sidde og spise morgenmad og aftensmad på den skønne Terrasse. Vi brugte den app der hedder Bolt til at bestille taxa når vi tog ud og handle eller ind til Hua Hin centrum. Indtjekningen gik perfekt. Khun Ploy som er vært hjælp med at få bestilt massage og kom med mango frugt en dag. Verdens klasse ophold. Mit bedste af 6 forsøg via Airbnb. Venlig hilsen Per

Très belle maison , dans un quartier calme, la piscine est grande et permet vraiment de nager. La localisation nécessite d’avoir une voiture ou d’avoir recours à un taxi pour se déplacer (shopping,restaurants,plage) La wifi est efficace . Nous avons regretté l’absence d’eau chaude dans 2 chambres sur 4 , ce qui en période « froide » est un peu inconfortable. Sinon tout était très bien et nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Had enjoyable stay.

Villa clean, pleasant, comfortable and as described with all equipments and even more than expected. Kitchen and ustensils are very clean and in good conditions which is rare enough to be mentioned. The housekeeper is very nice and always reactive to support any requests. Very good place for relaxing with the family, recommended!

House was very nice and above all extremely clean. Very quiet surrounding which made it easy for us to relax. Only 10 minutes away/less than 100 THB by grab to blue port shopping center, which is central point. Host (Krisana) was very responsive and very helpful. Great host. Great place.

We fit 8 adults and a toddler very comfortably in the house. The house was fun and unique! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well! We were able to eat the the cafe right beside the house and they also delivered. This made breakfast and lunch very easy! I highly recommend staying at this property!
