Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 3 months and loved every moment of it. First- the hosts are the best team of hosts I’ve ever had on here. Always kind, responsive and helpful. Second- the condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos, was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could think of needing (air fryer, hair dryer, etc.), and fantastic WiFi (500+ MBPS fiber) which made working remotely very easy. They even provide local snacks 🤤 I was here during the earthquake and the hosts communicated important information and the condo was safe and withstood the impact. The only negative I had here (this is beyond the hosts control) was being right by the pool often led to loud kids and guests every day between 4-7 PM. This made my pre work nap (I work US hours overnight) somewhat challenging. I recommend being ear plugs. That being said I will stay in this unit every time I visit Bangkok. A fantastic experience. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Pam. Le logement est très sympa. C’est grand, bien équipé. On peut manger à proximité juste en dessous de l’appartement il y a un grand marché de nourriture thaï. Condo sympa, piscine très appréciable. Pam est très accueillante 🙏🌺. Nous avons pris des taxis pour nous balader via Grab et Bolt. Nous étions récupérés devant la résidence. Logement bien situé proche de choses sympas à visiter. Temples, parc Lumpini pour une pause nature.

Waren bevoorrecht om deze condo te mogen huren, complete inrichting, goed bed, complete badkamer met (regen)douche, en bad......en schitterend uitzicht over de chaopraya! En dan het zwembad op de 6e verdieping, werkelijk schitterend! Ook was er een complete gym,.....maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Gratis bootservice naar de overkant inclusief. Nath is een superhost!, reageerde altijd meteen bij vragen en dacht meteen mee in oplossingen en regelde het! Wij zijn al verschillende keren in Bangkok geweest, maar deze keer was het toch wel helemaal top! Bij deze wil ik ook het personeel, zoals de dames van de schoonmaak, de beveiliging benoemen voor hun werk, vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid, niets was hun teveel!! Wij hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad en kunnen echt niet bedenken wat beter zou kunnen,.....nogmaals mr. Nath, dank u wel voor de gastvrijheid!!

Can't complain about anything. Everything was perfect. The apartment is comfortable, nice, well equipped. The location couldn't be better. It's near a central BTS station, so you can get pretty much anywhere in the city while avoiding the traffic. And there are great places to eat around. Host responds very fast and they provided clear instructions. Very helpful and friendly.

My Daughter and Grandchildren stayed in this Condo for a few nights and it was perfect for them all. There was a stressful situation with my family and Park extended their stay to help plus assisted to find them other accommodation after. This was very kind and I'm very grateful to him. The Condo was very clean and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The pool and play area for the kids was great plus the area had everything close by. I would definetely stay again. Can’t say enough about the location - Silom is energetic and fun, and one doesn’t lack for things to do or eat and it’s so easy to access the rest of Bangkok. It’s remarkable for all of that how cozy and relatively quiet this apartment really was. Everything was comfortable and the upstairs pool really is a treat. I’d be happy to stay here every time I come through Bangkok.

Really liked staying here - great central location with lots of restaurants and coffeeshops, close to two metro stations, the apartment itself is super clean, clutter-free but has everything you need - very neatly organized with great attention to detail. Buay, the host, is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Favorite part was the view - the apartment looks out to the west, so you get to see the sunset every evening.

Ein tolles Erlebnis Nuttamas Unterkunft! Zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Bett, ich hab wirklich prima geschlafen. Das helle blitzsaubere Bad ist riesig und hat überall gute Ablagen für alles was man so an Kosmetik braucht. Die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt ist wirklich grandios und besonders abends wenn alles beleuchtet und ist, kann man sich nicht satt sehen!!! Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und nach dem Training kann man sich in dem Pool mit langen Schwimmbahnen abkühlen. Wenn man abends voller Erlebnisse aus dem quirligen Bangkok wieder einkehrt, empfängt einen eine freundliche Empfangsdame und wohltuende Musik am Aufzug - man entspannt sofort. Der Checkin war mega einfach, komfortabel und unkompliziert. Nuttama ist wirklich immer zu erreichen. Toll ist auch der 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man alles bekommt. Und an der Hauptstraße links nur ein paar Meter entfernt finden sich zahlreiche Garküchen, frisches Obst, Kaffee. Danke Nuttama, ich komme wieder!

beautifully designed practically located lots of eateries and spas right at doorstep. very posh location and also the residence is pretty posh with respectable people around. very well equipped kitchen and appliances. the instructions were very well communicated. easy to walk to other places lots of green cover around. and high rise with amazing views.

The stand out features of this condo are the blackout curtains and the water pressure in the shower. We typically find showers in Thailand to have very weak water pressure. This one almost blows you out the bathroom in comparison. Also uncommon to find blackout curtains in Thailand. They really help with sleep quality. We’d give 100 stars for these two features alone if we could. We also noticed that the table behind the sofa, facing the smart TV also worked really well for us. That setup allowed my husband to be on his laptop while eating dinner and watching Netflix while I was doing the same from the sofa. Grab drivers had no problem at all locating the condo (also a huge plus). Location couldn’t have been better for us and check in was straight forward. The pool has shade!! Another fantastic feature. Overall super happy with this stay and would definitely try to stay here again :)

Everything was great and Orn was super helpful . We locked ourselves in by accident and Orn immediately helped us out with another spare key card! Great area to stay in when you are in the city ! Very convenient with lots of local restaurants downstairs

I had a great stay here. Host is very kind and always reply quickly for convenience. This accomodation is same as description on this page. It’s so clean and comfortable. I recommand it for traveller to explore around Bangkok.

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

Wer es ruhig mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wir mochten die Unterkunft sehr und haben einen Seven Eleven in der Nähe gehabt, was von Vorteil ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Wir hatten viel Spaß und hatten alles da was wir brauchten! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Austin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. :)

We had an great stay at FAB House hostel in Sathorn Bangkok, for our family reunion. With 15 of us (20 beds available), the space was perfect. Joy, our host, was incredibly accommodating, contactable and quick to arrange an A/C fix when needed. Her warm hospitality made settling in easy. The neighbourhood was welcoming, and connecting with locals was a joy, treating ice-cream for the kids and greeting people in the traditional Thai manner added to our experience. The hostel had basic fittings, as expected, but the beds and pillows were comfortable. The above-ground pool helped our children cool off, while the adults enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Overall, we had an excellent time, creating lasting memories in a space that brought our families together. We'd gladly return and recommending FAB House hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

The apartment is great, as described, cosy but plenty space for 1 or 2 people. Wifi was good. The building is nice and clean, gym is small but has all the basics. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, cafes, salons, public transport etc. and very central, always easy to get cab when you need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive on Airbnb. My host at the apartment, Earth, was absolutely fabulous!! Any request I had he helped straight away. he went above and beyond and made the whole experience at the apartment seamless. So kind and thoughtful - thank you! Would happily recommend this apartment.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family of six. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee. The dart and ping pong table were fun. The local street food was great. The close 7 Eleven was convenient. Being close to the BTS was also fantastic. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The large beds were great. We would happily stay here again.
