The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

We love the place! All our needs were already provided. The place was well designed and so cozy. Parking, elevator, swimming pool, and the condo unit are all in close proximity. We're also glad there's a convenience store and restaurants so nearby. We love that Furai by Nezu (Japanese restaurant) is so close. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese cuisine! Jinoe’s place was a great stay! It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable week-long visit. The aircon was nice and cold, and the heater worked perfectly—hot showers were no problem. The unit was surprisingly spacious, and I especially loved the bar counter with the chair directly facing the TV—such a cozy setup. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture was both functional and stylish. There were so many cute drawers and storage options—it was honestly adorable. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3days, 2nights and it was a good experience. The room is great and we enjoyed playing the PS5. The host is very responsive to all of our concerns. I will give this room 10 out of 10 ☺️

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. Clean room, bathroom and clean sheets. Had problem with WiFi but it was resolved right away. Host is responsive with messages sent. The only thing that is very noticeable, the smoke alarms in nearby units keeps going off when someone is cooking inside their units. This made us not cook inside the unit to avoid setting off the smoke alarms. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.
