Holiday rentals in Salonikiou Beach

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

This is truly a happy place. You will feel it straight away when you arrive! Panagiotis was a great host and welcomed us with much warmth. He recommended some great places in the region which we really enjoyed and would not have discovered otherwise. His dad gave us fresh figues, pears and plums from his garden that were very delicious. We had them with our breakfast at the wooden table on the shade overlooking the sea in the morning. The sea is very clean and perfect for long swims. Our nine year old daughter stayed in for hours every day. Even though it was very hot im August, we could sleep without the air conditioning because there was always a breeze coming through the moscito net in the door. The view from the balcony was fantastic and everything felt very easy. Free sun loungers, no long drives to other beaches because this one was already perfect! The barbecue with fresh seafood from the market in Nikiti was a highlight too. The perfect place to relax! We‘d love to come back!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Sailor Home verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend, und die Ruhe vor Ort hat für perfekte Erholung gesorgt. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern Natur und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and beautiful and it has everything you might possibly need. Our host welcomed us with everything prepared, even cold water, ice in the fridge and coffee. The area is great: from the organised beach at Maki bar to the small, wild beach next to it, which we loved. Our kids had the most wonderful time with Lola (this is how they named the caiac 🙂) The place is somehow isolated from crowdy areas, but, at the same time, it is 15-30 minutes far from a lot of wonderful places to visit and enjoy: pitoresque Metagikitsi and Agios Nikolaos villages, the port Ormos Panagias where we had the best food ever,Palm3 waterpark for the kids, Ammoulliani island where we went by ferryboat, Nikiti for shopping and fun. So, if you are an explorer, it is a perfect area, as Sithonia offers the most beautiful and diverse beaches. We thank Ageliki for everything and hope to get there again as soon as possible.

Ein wirklich magischer Ort. Eine so wunderschöne Insel für sich zu haben ist wirklich einmalig!

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.
