BUS from the train station (13 min): - "QUAI NORD" stop right across from the train station - BUS number 3 - 7th stop "RENOIR" - the apartment is 200 m away Possibility to rent 2 bikes for an extra charge as soon as you arrive at the apartment. My 100 plants will be there to keep you company, but don't worry, there is no need to water them ;)

A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

The house was impeccable when we arrived, with bedding worthy of a 5-star hotel. Very well located, just two minutes from the shops, while remaining in a quiet environment — a real plus. Small downside: the accommodation is intended for 10 people, but with only one bathroom and one toilet, it can quickly become a little complicated on a daily basis. We didn't have to deal with the concierge, so nothing to report on that side. A small point to improve: the condition of the barbecue could be reviewed. Despite this, we had a great stay and recommend this house without hesitation!
